  Just a quick note about our experience working with Deanna Lampasona at Reagan Landing. My wife and I decided to purchase a second home in Florida and began researching the many national and regional home builders building new communities throughout Southwest Florida. I had in-depth discussions with representatives from several builders, including Deanna at Pulte. The selection of the right builder was an extremely important decision in this process. The idea of purchasing a new home in Florida felt complicated and a bit overwhelming, especially since we were managing the process from our home in the Chicago suburbs. From our very first conversation, Deanna’s knowledge, professionalism, and calm demeanor gave us the confidence and comfort we needed to move forward with purchasing a new home from Pulte. She was always available to answer our questions, clearly explained the options available to us, and responded promptly to our needs. If I asked a question that was outside her area of expertise, she quickly got an answer or put me in touch with the responsible member of the team. Deanna truly guided us through the entire process and made the home buying experience much easier and far less stressful. Her support, responsiveness, and professionalism gave us great confidence in our decision, and we are grateful for the outstanding service she provided.
