  This is the best apartment I’ve lived in . Amazing rooftop view and amenities , and the building is always cleaned and it’s luxurious. Amazing staff team and is safe to live in

  I’ve had a great experience moving into this apartment complex. The employees in the front desk are friendly and great at their jobs. The application process was smooth and straight forward. The walls are thick enough that you rarely hear the neighbors and the rooftop amenities are awesome with great views of the water. Also worth noting that the location is incredible and you can walk to a ton of local spots from here.

  I’ve had a great experience living here! Danielle is the best she’s professional, responsive, and always on top of any maintenance or repair issues. The property is kept very clean, and the community has a welcoming, well-maintained environment. I’m very happy living here and have truly enjoyed my experience. I always recommend this apartment community to friends and family who are looking for a place in the area

  We've had a great experience living here so far! The community is clean, smoke-free, pet-friendly, and in a great central location. The rooftop grilling area and dog park are fantastic, and the cleaning staff does an amazing job keeping everything spotless. A special thank you to Craig for always being so friendly and helpful with maintenance. Gloriany and Danielle are wonderful—professional, kind, and always quick to solve any issues. Friendly neighbors and great amenities make this a fantastic place to call home!

  Ive been here a year & absolutely love living here! The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. Especially Danielle and Craig—they are both incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities are modern, well-maintained, and always up to date, which makes living here even more enjoyable. The community feels very safe, and it’s clear that management truly cares about creating a great environment for everyone. I also love the fun community events they host throughout the year. They’re a great way to meet neighbors and make living here feel like home. Another huge bonus is the location—it’s conveniently close to so many great restaurants, shopping, and everything you need. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and welcoming place to call home!
