  (No... I am not a relative) I am just truly grateful! It is rare these days to find a property manager who genuinely cares about both the property and every single resident, but Brittany is exactly that kind of person. After everything this community and all of us went through with the hurricanes in 2024, I can't believe what Brittany and her team did to bring this property back to life. Trees were gone, roofs were destroyed, plants killed......But somehow, they did it. Not only did she make Harbour Pointe Apartments beautiful again, but she's created a place that truly feels like home. What impresses me most is that Brittany doesn't manage from behind a desk. I ALWAYS see her out on the property, walking the grounds, checking on residents, noticing the little details, and making sure issues are addressed before they become problems. She leads by example and makes every resident feel seen, heard, and valued. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion are evident every single day. One time, I called about a wasps nest.... and while her team was taking care of other residents, who came walking up with wasp spray BRITTANY! I said.... OH MY GOSH....WHAT ARE YOU DOING? She said, well I wanted to get it resolved ASAP! Are you kidding me? THE PROPERTY MGR? YES! That is the epitome of who she is. Great leadership also creates a great team, and Brittany has built exactly that. Lakesha, the Assistant Property Manager, is always welcoming, knowledgeable, and so incredibly eager to help so many times over in the last 3 years that I have lived here. So grateful that she is a part of this team. She ALWAYS makes time for me when I walk into the office and is always so sweet......No matter how busy she may be. The maintenance department, Luis, John and Sergio, are nothing short of outstanding .... NEVER EVER have they made me feel like I was bothering them when they would ride by to take care of a residence's need, and I would stop them to ask a question. (Even though I probably was ;)) They respond quickly, take pride in their work, and consistently go above and beyond to keep the community looking its very best. Every member of the team reflects the same commitment to excellence that Brittany demonstrates. It takes a special kind of leader to guide a community through difficult times, rebuild with excellence, and create an environment where residents truly feel at home. Brittany has done exactly that. Her hard work, integrity, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to resident satisfaction deserve to be recognized. If there were a rating higher than five stars, I would gladly give it. Brittany and her ENTIRE team have set the standard for what exceptional property management should look like. They have earned not only my respect but my heartfelt gratitude. Communities are built by people, and Harbour Pointe Apartments is fortunate to have one of the very best teams leading the way.

  This is my second time living at Harbour Pointe, and honestly, that says everything. I came back because the experience has been that good. Lakesha and Brittany are awesome they make the whole leasing process smooth, keep you in the loop, and are always friendly and easy to talk to. The maintenance team is on point too. Anytime I've put in a request, they've handled it quickly and gotten the job done right. The grounds are always clean, well kept, and look great. The community is another big plus. The neighbors are friendly, and it just has a welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home. Overall, Harbour Pointe is a great place to live, and I'm glad I decided to make it home again.

  I really enjoyed living at this facility until the family above me moved in 2 months ago. I am a nurse who works night shift and I haven’t been able to sleep much due to the intentional ongoing loud noises from the upstairs apartment. I have also been approached and harassed by several members living in the upstairs apartment. Now I am being forced to move because I have to go elsewhere to sleep in order to be able to work without being tired. If you are thinking of moving in, you may want to consider an upstairs apartment because apparently there are no rules for disruptive noises for those who work the night shift.

  Lakesha gave me a tour and did all my paperwork and finalized my lease under 24hrs! Gave me a last minute tour at the end of the day and handed me my keys by 3pm next day! Maintenance is always around and quick with repairs.
