  I’ve been here almost four months now, and unfortunately I have to update my review AGAIN because things have only gotten worse. This place has been a huge disappointment, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Maintenance has been one of the biggest issues. My A/C has now been worked on five different times, and it’s still not working properly. The temperature in our reached 99 degrees and when maintenance came out, we were told the apartments are old, have poor ventilation, and that it’s “normal” for these units. He also stated “just buy black out curtains, that’s why you have so much heat.” That is completely unacceptable. Another shocking experience was when we requested a new A/C filter. After waiting nine hours, maintenance showed up, handed me the filter, and said, “Here’s your filter, do it yourself. Next time you need one, go to the office and get one.” I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and customer service. Had I known this wasn’t actually a smoke-free community, I never would have moved here. People constantly smoke cigarettes, weed, and vape throughout the property, especially around the pool areas. Trash is frequently left around the community, and valet trash often isn’t picked up until 10:00–11:00 PM. To make matters worse, my family was gone on vacation for three weeks. When we returned, a “neighborhood officer” told us the people below us had been complaining about my kids making loud noises during the previous week. That’s impossible we weren’t even home. It’s pretty ironic that the officer came at 10pm when quiet hours don’t even start until 11pm. After I changed my previous review to one star, it suddenly feels like I’m receiving complaints about things that simply don’t make sense. This place seems to be very retaliatory to anyone who complains or writes a negative review. Between the constant maintenance issues, an A/C that still doesn’t work after five repair attempts, the smoking throughout the property, trash, poor customer service, and the way resident concerns are handled, living here has been extremely frustrating. I cannot wait for our lease to be over. Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else.

  I looked over Goldelm at Bennett Park as part of my preparation for an upcoming Permanent Change of Station (PCS) move with the military, and I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the amenities, and provide detailed information about the community. The facilities were immaculate, well-maintained, and clearly managed with pride. The apartments, common areas, and grounds were exceptionally clean and presented a comfortable, modern living environment. It was evident that the management team places a high priority on resident satisfaction and property upkeep. Goldelm at Bennett Park appears to be an outstanding place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quality apartment community. Best of all is the special (not sure if this is a June thing or common occurrence), but 2 months free sounds like a great deal. Ask about it when you tour 👏🏾. These apartments are definitely headlining in my top 3 right now.

  When I came to the apartment complex, I was wow. The complex is beautiful. The amenities are beautiful. The garages are spacious, but when I looked at the apartment, they show you a model. Then they take you around and show you which buildings and which units are available. I specifically was shown a first floor apartment which I was OK with, but I repeatedly asked the girl the noise level, I did not want to hear somebody banging on top of my ceiling, I didn’t wanna hear someone flushing their toilet, nor did I wanna hear my neighbors. I was assured that the places were very quiet. Everything was great for the first couple weeks and then my neighbors upstairs sound like they’re rolling Bowling balls across their living room. It seems that the more I complain to the office the louder they get so I have given up. Unfortunately, I’m only three months into a 13 month lease,

  Overall, my living experience here has been very positive, and I am happy with my decision to call this community home. My primary concern has been with some of the leasing office staff, with the exception of Jenny, who has always been professional, kind, and helpful. I believe there is room for improvement in the level of customer service provided by certain team members. I hope ownership and management address these concerns, as enhancing the resident experience in this area would make an already great community even better. Aside from that, I have truly enjoyed living here and appreciate everything the property has to offer.

  The apartment complex itself is lovely, and I am very happy with my decision to live here. The property is well-maintained, and overall it has been a positive experience. One thing to be aware of is that there can be quite a bit of noise, especially during the early morning hours from ambulances and fire trucks, as well as from the car wash located directly across the street. I would also like to recognize Jenny in the leasing office. She has consistently been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist residents truly stand out, and she has made a significant difference in my experience here. God bless her! Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the other leasing agents have not been as positive, as I found them to be unprofessional and disrespectful at times. I hope management addresses this, as it would greatly improve the resident experience. Overall, I enjoy living here and appreciate the community, property, and the excellent service provided by Jenny!
