  Michelle was the best during our tour! She greeted us with welcoming and positive energy and made the usually stressful journey of touring apartments enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable about the property, fees, changing rates etc. and was able to answer every question we had. She even gave us local recommendations for live music and food! Great customer service and a wonderful property.

  My A/C unit has frozen six times and the only thing that gets done is it’s defrosted which seems to last a few hours and then it’s frozen again. Now the solution is a portable A/C unit in my living room which don’t cools the 2 bedrooms. I don’t recommend anyone to live here if you are expecting your a/c or appliances to work !!!

  I have lived here less than a year. In that time we have had to call maintenance approximately 15 times. It takes several requests to fix a single issue. Our washer went out, it took 3 times to fix it. Maintenance talks to me like I’m stupid. Our dishwasher stopped working. Took 2 visits to fix that. Our AC has gone out nearly every week for almost 2 months. I have an infant so we can’t sit around waiting for maintenance to come 5 different times when it’s 80° in our apartment. They continually do a quick fix and then leave only for it to quit immediately again. The front office staff does not help in the slightest. They’re good for getting you in the door and getting you to hurry and sign a lease but nothing past that. Don’t come live here if you want to wash your clothes, your dishes, or not sweat your butt off. Not even 7:30 in the morning and it was already 76° inside.

  An absolutely amazing experience moving into Echo Lake. Kailah was very helpful with my million questions. She showed us the apartment we would be moving into and made it really feel like home. The decision was easy. Thank you to the staff who assisted us in our mov-in process. We will be residents here for quite some time.

  Last night, we had an issue with our air conditioning system. It kept shutting off and was not working properly, so we submitted a maintenance request. Early this morning, Mr. Richard Alceda came to our apartment to help us. He thoroughly inspected the entire air conditioning system and kindly explained what was happening. He checked all the components, made sure everything was functioning correctly, and let us know that if we experienced any further issues, we could contact him again. In addition, my wife had a few questions about other appliances in the apartment, and Richard took the time to help us and explain everything clearly. We are very grateful to Richard Alceda for responding so quickly and helping us with our air conditioning issue. We are also very thankful to the Ecolight team. They are a new team, and it is clear that they are taking great care of the condominium and making sure maintenance and repairs are handled properly. Thank you for the excellent service!
