  We moved in a few weeks ago and the property is gorgeous. Plenty of parking, beautiful landscaping, and very clean units. The whole team we have worked with has been kind and accommodating, but we do feel a bit misled as to what was sold to us vs what we got. For starters, when we originally applied to the apartment, they were running a 2 month free special. After our application was accepted, they then said the promotion wasn't valid for us.... we did end up working that out with the management company, but it was a bit frustrating. We were also told that all first floor units had hardwood floors throughout, but when we moved in, 2 of the rooms were carpet. This was a bit frustrating as we intentionally were looking for a unit with only hardwood floors. We also found out, after moving in, that there is a VERY loud electrical panel on the outside of our room that buzzes and vibrates all night long, making it difficult to sleep. Tgis was not stated anywhere in the description of the unit. On top of that, our washer and dryer in unit act like they've been tossed out of a truck a time or two, oftentimes taking 2-3 cycles to complete effectively. As stated, we feel a bit disappointed as it's not quite the "dream home" we were promised, but hopefully the beautiful community and staff makes up for it. Would love to get one of the yards added to our first floor unit as well, would definitely be a perk!

  I absolutely love living at Echo Lake! Since the new management team took over, I've noticed a positive change! The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the maintenance team is amazing! I'm so happy to call Echo Lake home, and I love that the team truly takes pride in the community!

  Here’s the craziest thing I have ever seen. The AC stopped working and the maintenance guy said they don’t come out until it hits 80. Period. Don’t move here. This place is a dump. The halls are filthy. No one dumps trash so the halls have trash 24 hours a day when the cans are only suppose to go out at night and come in during the morning. No one does and I have complained 50 times and they will do nothing. Don’t move here if you have any health conditions and need AC. Picture taken Saturday. So here trash sits with bugs in the hall. Someone’s screen has been like this for weeks now. This place is a dump. Guy naked McKenzie said it needs to be 80 in the apt before he would come out.

  My husband and I toured Echo Lake and many other apartments when we relocated to Florida from Maine. Kailah was by far the most professional, helpful, and pleasant person we worked with at any of the locations. She continued to be incredibly easy to work with, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process.

  The manager shouldn’t be a manager. She told a contractor that using language to identify food is against the Fair Housing Act. How is she employed as a manager, supposed to uphold a federal law and not know the totality and real definition of the law. I would not recommend anyone to live here. She was aggressive and called someone a racist but acted totally racially motivated. Fire the managers BOTH of them and hire more educated workers.
