been living here for over 3 years and the quality of the management just continues to deteriorate over time. the communication between the office/management/maintenance is spotty at best; the office doesn't seem to be able to keep a schedule seeing as how the landscaping "project" that they have going on seems to be at random hours during the week and always wake my baby up from her nap (literally I can put her down at 10, they have the company doing landscaping and leaf blowing—she wakes up. I'LL PUT HER DOWN AT 2 IN THE AFTERNOON THE SAME DAY, and they're back at it again with the mowing and whatnot. so annoying!!!!! 🙃) the pandering to the residents with food trucks every week only to have them "cancel" or "reschedule" at the last minute is a bogus performance by management that's clearly seen through. the lack of parking spaces at night due to them being occupied with dirt or shells or whatever pile of garbage is lucky to find itself there. not to mention the financial mishaps that are more common than they should EVER be; your rent payment getting credited to a DIFFERENT apartment and then getting a notice halfway through the month saying you need to pay (with late fees mind you) or get evicted—it happens more often than you think. I can't imagine a point in time where this complex was actually considered a good place to live, let alone be classified as "luxury living" when you have people dying in the pool, domestic disputes that the cops are called for every other night, and management seems to have issues with letters and numbers. aaaaaaanyway, had to air my grievances to those looking to move in. it's a great place if you have nowhere else to go ✨

Richard was great! He fixed our toilet and sink so quickly. Didn't have to wait long at all from the time I put in the request.

If you’re considering renting here, I strongly encourage you to do your research before signing a lease. Read recent resident reviews, tour the property thoroughly, and don’t let the marketing convince you that this is a “luxury apartment” community. In our experience, the reality was the complete opposite. The most obvious issue is the lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness. Trash regularly accumulated around the dumpsters instead of being promptly removed, creating unpleasant odors and attracting pests. Throughout our time here, we continually heard complaints from other residents about a significant rat problem, and given the overflowing garbage, it’s unfortunately not difficult to understand why. Reports of roaches, ants, termites, fruit flies, and rodents were common, and that is not what anyone should expect when paying luxury-level rent. The overall condition of the property reflects years of deferred maintenance. Landscaping neglected, common areas lacked the level of care that was advertised, and the community simply did not resemble the upscale image presented in its marketing. Inside the apartments, maintenance was equally disappointing. During our entire time living here, many of the issues present before move-in were never properly repaired. Instead of addressing problems correctly, it often felt like temporary cosmetic fixes were used to cover them up. Problems such as damaged ceilings, water intrusion, persistent plumbing issues, and other maintenance concerns remained unresolved despite work orders being submitted. It became frustrating to continually report the same issues without seeing meaningful repairs. our back door doesbt even close properly and they said "this IIII not an emergency" so we have lived with a TEMPORARY fix for a year! Safety was another major concern. We became aware of reports of vehicle break-ins involving residents, as well as concerning incidents around the property that left many people feeling uncomfortable, like running into homeless in the trash cans, homeoess biking through the sidewalks, homeless sleeping in the bushes. There IIII also drug activity around the pool area, and the tragic drowning deaths that occurred at the community only added to residents’ concerns about overall safety. Residents deserve to see proactive communication and a genuine commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and mangenent has never done that. Perhaps the most frustrating part of living here was the management. Work orders often left incomplete, concerns seemed to be treated as low priority, and communication was slow or dismissive. Rather than feeling like valued residents, we were often left with the impression that maintaining appearances was more important than actually solving problems. Professional, responsive management is one of the things people expect when paying premium rent, and unfortunately that was not our experience. What is especially disappointing is the contrast between the property’s advertising and the reality. The “luxury apartment” label creates expectations of quality, cleanliness, safety, and attentive management. Instead, our experience was one of neglected maintenance, recurring problems, poor communication, and ongoing frustration. Looking back, moving out was one of the best decisions we could have made. I sincerely hope this review helps someone make an informed decision before signing a lease. Everyone deserves a safe, clean, and well-maintained place to call home, and based on our experience, this community did not provide that.
