  I normally do not leave reviews, but after visiting my daughter I felt obligated to warn others. This property advertises itself as “luxury apartments,” however the reality is far from luxurious. A more accurate description would unfortunately be "neglected and poorly managed apartments". The trash situation alone is unacceptable. Garbage piles up for days at a time creating a horrible odor throughout the property and attracting rats, roaches, and other pests. The grounds are poorly maintained, with dead grass and an overall appearance that gives the impression management has simply stopped caring. Safety has also become a major concern. Residents’ vehicles have reportedly been broken into. It is deeply disturbing that a property marketing itself as upscale has such serious ongoing issues. Management appeared dismissive, slow to respond, and more focused on appearances than actually resolving problems for residents. For the amount tenants are expected to pay, conditions like this are completely unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to thoroughly research the property and read resident reviews before signing a lease. It was a blessing that she moved when she did.

  Great place to live! The office staff is helpful, maintenance is quick to respond, and the property is always kept clean. I’ve really enjoyed my time here.

  As far as maintenance requests go, Carlos has been such an amazing asset to this community! Always staying on top of things and following up to ensure the work gets done and gets done correctly. He is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, courteous, and even if service is running late, he always makes sure to let you know what’s going on! He is truly one that goes above and beyond and treats this place like he owns it! The pride he takes in his work shows for sure!

  From the moment we moved in, the unit was not properly prepared. We were even asked to leave and run errands while they attempted to finish cleaning. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. For months, we dealt with black mold in the vents. After repeatedly requesting assistance, and was told a HVAC company was coming, the initial “fix” was simply painting over the vents to conceal the mold rather than properly addressing it. After we noticed it had been cleaned and spray painted over and not properly handled by an experienced company they then sent out a hvac company. Despite maintaining a clean living space, we’ve also had ongoing issues with cockroaches, and now even flying termites eating our floor and flying around are apartment with holes in the baseboards and floors. We’ve heard from multiple residents that there is a serious rat problem on the property, likely worsened by trash consistently piling up around the dumpsters and attracting pests. There have also been alarming safety concerns, including reports of individuals using drugs in the pool area, and even a tragic drowning incident. Overall, this has been an extremely negative experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere when considering a place to live. We are looking forward to moving out as soon as possible.

  Twice within a year I have been out of work. They have been willing and able to work with me with no pressure. I understand this is a business but, they ACTUALLY care about their residents. Thank you for being understanding during my time of need. They actually care about their residents.
