  I’ve been living in this community for over a year now, and my experience has been consistently great. Recently, I had to submit several maintenance requests—about four different issues over a short period—and each time, the response was outstanding. The office team is truly amazing. They are attentive, professional, and always quick to take care of any concerns. On top of that, the maintenance team is just as impressive. They come to your apartment promptly and fix everything right away, with real attention to detail. They even replaced the door for the AC/water heater, and the work was so well done that the area looks absolutely impeccable. The only reason I knew it had been changed is because I was told—there were no traces of the work at all. Everything was left spotless and perfectly clean. It’s rare to find a place where both the office staff and maintenance team are this efficient and dedicated. Highly recommend!

  Don't come here! Moving out is harder than moving in. They give you three days notice to relinquish there property but demand 30 or 60 days notice when moving out. Outrageous! It's like living in a caged in hood. Some Residents here are loud at night and when you report them nothing is done about it. The language on the late notice is not professional. The rent is not worth it. All the negative reviews are true 💯% .

  This review is not based off the apartment itself, but rather the staff. Throughout our time living at Via Lugano (approx 2 years), Carrie and her team were always accommodating and supportive. My husband and I just recently moved out into a new home since we outgrew our apartment with our growing family. Throughout that transition time, Carrie and her team were fantastic. The support didn't just end there, but rather throughout the whole time we were living there. Whenever we needed support throughout our time there, we were immediately met with it and the issues were addressed immediately. Also shoutout to all the maintenance men who work there- they were always so professional, kind, and quick! Thank you Carrie, Maintenance, and team!
