    Diana was excellent! She showed me the model and what unit was available. Was very generous with her time and asked many questions about my lifestyle to find the perfect space! She was on loan from another property, but I wish she was there permanently. I'm expect to rent in this community

    Alfredo Santana on the maintenance team has been so helpful and patient with myself and my roommate. Every time we have an issue they come and fix it within 24 hours.

    Overall I have really enjoyed living here - I wish there were more dog poop trash stations around the front of the neighborhood and sometimes the maintenance requests seem to get backed up but they’ve added some very helpful members to the crew like Alfredo Santana who fixed our sink, ice maker & washing machine in the same day. I also wish it was easier to call the office, the AI bot who answers the phone sucks and my messages never seem to actually get to who I need to speak with, but once I physically go into the office to ask for something I always get what I need.

    Me & my family have been living here for about a year & 6 months, & the only issue we had was maintenance time taking care of tickets, to the point that some of my tickets had been closed without resolution, or noticed, but since Alfredo started to work at this complex, that has changed drastically for the best, I opened a ticket regarding my fridge, & the issue was resolved in less than 24 hours, & he's the definition of friendly customer service, always with a smile, he needs to be in charge of the maintenance team

    I want to give a huge thank you to Alfredo Santana from the maintenance team. I had an issue with my AC on a Sunday morning, and even though he had plans to go to church, he still took the time to come by first and see if he could help me. When the issue couldn’t be fixed right away, he went out of his way to bring me a portable AC unit so my family and I could be comfortable. The following day, he continued checking in, coming by multiple times and doing everything possible to get the issue resolved. He was attentive, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping. Alfredo did a great job and I truly appreciate the effort and urgency he showed throughout the whole situation. Unfortunately, while the maintenance team has been great, the front office and management side of the community has been disappointing. The main gate has been broken since January and still has not been repaired. At first there were updates and responses, but now whenever residents call, the office simply says they have no updates and offers no real communication or timeline. A gate constantly left open is a serious security concern for tenants and it feels like the issue is being ignored instead of addressed. Hopefully management improves its communication and takes resident safety more seriously.
