  Beautiful homes and community. However, the increases in pricing and the lottery system used by GL are absurd Regarding pricing, the initial price for the smallest model, Vienna Grande was $1,193,900 in February 2026, at the open house. It has increased several times since then, and is now listed at $1,236,900. An increase of $43,000 in 5 months? Additionally, beware….GL homes creates a fury with their lottery system. Potential buyers pray that their name will be picked during the lottery and are subsequently delighted to secure a lot, ignoring house prices and increases. Note that the price of the house will be significantly increased by upgrades. AND, you must also pay for the lot! Prime lots are expensive, as small as they are. It is much smarter to buy a fairly new resale at the Cove or Bay, or in “older” Valencia communities such as the Reserve, Pointe, Palms or Shores (gives you more bang for the buck, and exceptional community landscaping). Homes in all of these communities are at a much better price, there are no games such as entering a lottery hoping that your name will be picked, and no wait! Win, win.
