  love banyan grove, pretty much all moved in now and i got to say, the people are very attentive! thank you to Steffane for showing us around and helping obtain the place we are at now, and lexi is very nice and helpful with any questions we have

  My girlfriend and I love Banyan Grove! The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. We appreciate the mature banyans and palm trees throughout the property, and the community walking path is perfect for relieving stress and getting some exercise. The fitness center is another standout—it has more equipment than most apartment gyms, which allowed me to cancel my gym membership. The pool area is also beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. All floor plans have more windows than any apartment I’ve ever seen, filling the space with incredible natural light. We also love the screened-in balcony, which lets us enjoy being outside without worrying about bugs. Where Banyan Grove truly stands out, though, is in the areas where many apartment communities fall short: communication and maintenance. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. A special shout-out to Mario for his high-quality work and outstanding customer service! They even have a 24/7 AI assistant called Piper that makes it incredibly easy to submit maintenance requests and get answers to common questions. I also want to recognize Steffane, our Senior Leasing Agent, for making us feel welcome from day one. She was incredibly responsive, patiently answered our many questions, and consistently demonstrated professionalism and exceptional customer service. She guided us through every step of the process, making everything seamless and helping us feel confident that Banyan Grove was the perfect place to call home. If you’re looking for an apartment community that combines beautiful surroundings, outstanding amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about its residents, I highly recommend Banyan Grove.

  Steffane was absolutely wonderful throughout my apartment leasing process!
