  It is the worst place I have ever lived; they lie to you when you apply—showing you one apartment and then giving you the wrong one after you’ve signed up. They never come to fix the things that are wrong with the apartment. It is the absolute worst place; I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone.

  I have recently moved out of this hell hole about less than a month ago . I lived there for nearly 3 yrs . From day one , had constant pipe issues that’ll flood my apartment and roaches . I always pushed off by the office that the building is odd and it’s FL . I’ve lived in many places never ever had this issues . Maintenance would take forever to come. Every time I turned around something like the stove or ac wouldn’t work . Super unsafe during day or night . Murders and drug deals . Cops are always there . Very rude staff at the office like if we are bothering them from doing their job . I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

  So when you talk about a dumpster fire of a complex to live in Boynton Beach Florida this one takes the cake by far the worst experience I will probably ever have the office people are rude as they come the gym is horrible pool forget about it dirty and people getting stabbed there like a prison yard ducks and cats just roam freely cops are there about twice a week every other week is swat. They have a company that will boot your car even with a sticker never seen that before and inside we lived in building one and it was shit water damage because sewage was backing up ac was off and on and we roomed with roaches 🪳 and we kept it clean spic and span but it didn’t matter because the floors were disgusting so if you want to move into a wonderful place like this come on over this is the best one.

  DO NOT RENT!!!!!!!!! This place is a complete and utter scam of a place. I signed a lease in March for an apartment in June. They advertised it and had me walk through a newly renovated apartment only to give me a smaller and old unit in which was trashed when I got there and claimed they cleaned it. This place is not safe. Multiple shootings. Three people were shot and killed in front my apartment balcony. The office manager Simone at the time was the girlfriend of the shooter and hid him for months while cops were looking for him. my car has been broken into. Kadesha Dean is the worst staff member and was also caught having intercourse on the property with another employee by the shed and during office hours. Aside from that staff have been seen having multiple altercations on grounds. Staff also lied about promise to pay dates and also refused to give me a ledger on my account to show when I paid and how much. Constant maintenance issues they never address. THIS PLACE NEVER FELT SAFE. Never will I ever forget this experience and never will I ever again rent here or refer anyone else here. They are fraudulent and unprofessional people.
