  We’re really happy with Waterline! The community is beautiful, clean, and the staff has been super friendly and helpful. We love our new place and are excited to call Waterline home!

  I’ve been living here for more than 7 months and have had a great experience so far. It’s a great place in a great area and I haven’t had any issues with roaches. The maintenance team is always responsive and takes care of requests quickly. Jose did a great job fixing my AC!

  Celia was amazing at showing us the apartments and was very good with helping with the process of signing up for a lease! Amazing apartments as well and have nice storage and look very nice

  My experience living here has been extremely disappointing. The office staff is rude and unprofessional, and getting help is frustrating. Communication with the maintenance department is very difficult because no one I dealt with, including the area manager, was able to communicate effectively with me in English. I was also concerned to see what appeared to be family members working together in management, which gave the impression of favoritism and a lack of accountability. The community manager was unprofessional and inconsistent in handling resident concerns. I was charged twice for the same expense, and even after reporting the issue to the regional office, nothing was done. I had to continue escalating the matter before it was finally addressed. The apartments also had a serious roach problem during my time there. In addition, the walls are so thin that you can hear nearly everything your neighbors do, making it difficult to enjoy any privacy or quiet. Overall, my experience was marked by poor customer service, unresolved issues, pest problems, and excessive noise. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.
