  Our new home experience with Pulte at Vivid Shores has been above and beyond our expectations at every turn! Tyler helped us through every step from well before the community was open for sale through today as we watch our new home being built. Our construction manager Chris has done an amazing job of explaining every aspect of our build experience, anticipating our needs, and quickly addressing any concerns. Torrey at the design center helped us find the “just right” choices for the look and feel that will truly make this our home. Can’t wait to move in and enjoy the lake life! Thanks Tyler, Chris, Torrey and everyone else who made this such a great process!

  Vivid Shores is an incredible community, and Pulte is a wonderful builder to work with. I've brought many clients here who all come away thrilled. I can't wait to see their homes complete! Hanna Price is fantastic to work with at Pulte. She's knowledgeable, professional, honest, and fun to be around. I am most amazed that the amenity center began construction even before the first homeowners moved in. That is unheard of in new communities in SWFL, especially communities of this scale. Highly recommend Vivid Shores, Pulte, and Hanna Price!
