  Great experience with Choice Mortgage. I was in a Betty tough situation with my current mortgage and debt. Michael Kotsi and his staff were super helpful in diagnosing my situation and creating a path to help towards paying off my debt and refinancing my mortgage. I couldn’t be happier and I feel a tremendous weight lifted for me and my family.

  Best decision I made by doing my refinancing with Choice Mortgage. Michael and his team are very helpful and professional. They stay on top of things until completion. Anyone I come across that will need any mortgage service, I will be recommending Choice Mortgage. What CEO of any mortgage company answers the phone himself ? no one, except for Michael, he does, and he was always available during the my refinancing process. I can't give them more stars because google max at 5

  The deal on my property was DEAD with ten(10) days till closing! My broker wouldn't return my calls😫 I'm in a panic. I call Michael Kodsi on GOOD FRIDAY at 4:30! To his credit, Michael only said "send me what you have and I will look at it". (It's EASTER WEEKEND) By that Monday he was well on his way to saving my deal! I closed early as a matter of fact! Trust Michael and his team. They perform miracles! There is more than one Choice Mortgage in Boca Raton. Make sure you ask for Michael Kodsi when you call!! You will not be disappointed 😉

  Mr. Kodsi and his team provided a fast, streamlined process that solved my needs in a very professional manner. Mr. Kodsi was always in communication throughout the entire process and did not just hand it off to his staff. His staff and the title/closing company were excellent to work with.
