  We started working with Michael in April on our refinance, and our situation changed more than once (we had multiple complicated scenarios). Each time, he found another way to get us to closing. He was patient with every question (and we had a lot of them), explained the numbers and documents in plain terms, and always got back to us. Very personable and very thorough. He stuck with us for months and got it done for us! When every other company said there was no way for us to refinance, much less to closing, Michael found "Yes"!   Michael Kodsi is the best! I wasted months of endless applications to other lenders, endless paperwork and appraisals, only to be denied. Since I am retired, I don't have great income but I have good equity in my house. I didn't want any loan that included a equity percentage agreement on my home when I sold it. I wanted a fixed loan so I know what I owe and can pay it off at any time. Michael said he could do it and he did! He got me a perfect HELOC. His team was very efficient and responsive, getting it done quickly. I would highly recommend Michael Kodsi. He also answers his personal cell phone anytime, unbelievable!

  Dealing with Michael and his team was AWESOME! The entire process was very professional and organized. I was advised exactly what was needed, I was able to provide quickly and received an approval in 48 hours. The rate was competitive and the service exceeded expectations!!! I would highly recommend!
