We are new to Babcock Ranch only since March /26. As snowbirds, we chose Babcock Peace Of Mind for our home watch needs when we are North. Can’t say enough how pleased we are with that decision . Pat & Cheryl are a complete team, taking the responsibility to watch our home to the next level. Their reports are so informative and come like clock work the same day of touring our property. We had some countertop warranty issues which took months to rectify with Lennar finally agreeing to replace the island counter. Wanted to be sure the new piece was flawless, Pat and Cheryl overlooked the install and when Lennars plumber didn’t show that had a plumber willing to come in a moments notice to disconnect the sink before Lennar finally stepped up with theirs. Once installed , Cheryl used her eagle eye ( could see her on my camera) to inspect the counter from every possible angle to confirm there were no imperfections. Well got into town yesterday and it is perfect, thanks Cheryl. Recently my mother-in-law passed and my wife was planning on a grave side prayer that her father wrote. After scouring our northern home she realized it was in her jewelry box in Babcock. Emailed Pat and Cheryl and they promptly went to our house, located the prayer and forwarded to my wife. As mentioned, we could not be more pleased having Babcock Peace of Mind watch over our home. Their not just a business, their your neighbors and treat your home like a friend would.

I’ve used Pat and Cheryl’s service for about a year now. You will not find more thorough, conscientious folks. The reports are sent the same day as the service and any concerns are indicated. The power went out in my home between services and once the power came back on, I couldn’t get a read of the temperature on my app. I was afraid the AC was down. One call to Pat and he was over there checking on it for me. They are the nicest folks and I trust them explicitly.

Highly recommend Pat and Cheryl for their home watch services. Name (Babcock Peace of Mind) says it all. You can take a chance going it alone to save money, but you're taking chances doing so. For example there may be pest infestations that greet you when you return from a long off season (which Pat was able to alert me to and I called the exterminator), neighbor water leaks, etc. They are budget friendly, well worth the modest cost for getting that peace of mind!

Pat and Cheryl have provided excellent home watch services for us since 2022. As seasonal residents, they were our eyes and ears and kept a close watch on our home while we were away for extended periods of times, including 2 hurricanes. They are extremely reliable, professional and provide thorough communication after each visit, and are always available to assist with any special requests for deliveries or assistance with unexpected repairs. If you are looking for someone to provide expert home watch services, it doesn’t get any better than Babcock Peace of Mind. Thank you Pat & Cheryl!

We highly recommend Pat, Cheryl, and Chris for their care in watching over our home while we were gone. They went above and beyond what you would expect by setting up our home for protection during two hurricanes. They actually moved all our outside furniture in doors. They kept us posted while we were gone especially during the hurricanes. This is the Team to use for true Peace of Mind. Our Thanks
