  I have used Babcock Peace of Mind Home Watch for three years and they have been excellent. They are thorough and methodical checking the whole house and its components inside and outside. Always checking furnace filters and checking for mail are but two of numerous tasks they perform. Their reporting is excellent and they happily follow up on requests that come along. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced and just nice people. You will feel peace of mind having them as your home watch. I highly recommend them.

  I’ve used Pat and Cheryl’s service for about a year now. You will not find more thorough, conscientious folks. The reports are sent the same day as the service and any concerns are indicated. The power went out in my home between services and once the power came back on, I couldn’t get a read of the temperature on my app. I was afraid the AC was down. One call to Pat and he was over there checking on it for me. They are the nicest folks and I trust them explicitly.

  Highly recommend Pat and Cheryl for their home watch services. Name (Babcock Peace of Mind) says it all. You can take a chance going it alone to save money, but you're taking chances doing so. For example there may be pest infestations that greet you when you return from a long off season (which Pat was able to alert me to and I called the exterminator), neighbor water leaks, etc. They are budget friendly, well worth the modest cost for getting that peace of mind!

  Pat and Cheryl have provided excellent home watch services for us since 2022. As seasonal residents, they were our eyes and ears and kept a close watch on our home while we were away for extended periods of times, including 2 hurricanes. They are extremely reliable, professional and provide thorough communication after each visit, and are always available to assist with any special requests for deliveries or assistance with unexpected repairs.   We highly recommend Pat, Cheryl, and Chris for their care in watching over our home while we were gone. They went above and beyond what you would expect by setting up our home for protection during two hurricanes. They actually moved all our outside furniture in doors. They kept us posted while we were gone especially during the hurricanes. This is the Team to use for true Peace of Mind. Our Thanks
