- ELEmma LeitchAug 27, 20265.0We moved to Ave Maria because we wanted a small town with a strong Catholic identity, a place to raise kids where they can ride their bikes every day and meet peers who are also focused on developing their relationship with Jesus. We chose to build in Avalon Park because it's beautiful and the streets are full of children, including a strong homeschool community. Our experience with Pulte was pretty much ideal: everyone was nice, low pressure, responsible, friendly. We liked their floorplans and array of design options. Our home was built on time and with very few, minor issues, which Pulte addressed under our warranty with no fuss. I'm biased, but I think Avalon Park is the best neighborhood in Ave, especially for Catholic families with young kids.

Pulte has definitely raised the bar high with professionals who have made the whole process easy. We would buy another Pulte home on a heart beat and we highly recommend Elliot Smith!. The neighborhood and community are so beautiful and calm. Great for a family.

I haven't experienced living in my new home yet but I'll edit this review when I do. Elliot the sales rep and the Construction Manager were able to answer all of my questions during the building process.
