  WARNING . WARNING. WARNING. If I could give them a -0 star I would . I lived here recently . I forgot all about my review should’ve made it long time ago. They charged me $1000 against the renters insurance for a damage blind and dirty carpets . Mind you the picture of evidence they used was a black and white printer copy lol the damage blind was some butter flies my wife forgot to take down after we left , they don’t stick it’s just a clip on decoration they could’ve simply taken down . WARNING stay away from oasis they will try and stuff you when you leave them. Their trick is to pass on their cleaning charges to the renters when you leave and they will lie to do it. Make sure you make them do a walk around before you leave them. My mistake was trusting them. This review will come down if oasis removes their fraudulent charges and damages

  Though I am grateful for having had a place to stay when needed, this apt complex needs upgrading! Also, there was some work done on an apt that was vacated next door and we were intoxicated with the chemicals and harmful fumes that inundated our apartment, we slept throughout the night anyway but really should’ve contacted hazmat or someone to save us…we couldn’t afford a hotel. lots of drama and banging if you have neighbors upstairs, so if you don’t mind dirty areas and drama and outdated environment then this is for you! 😌and that’s the truth.

  Very concerning experience with management at Oasis at Wekiva. A large package of mine was delivered to an apartment I had just moved out of that is currently vacant. When I went to the office for help, I was told there were no packages and was walked to the unit to check inside. During that conversation, Ruthy stated there were no cameras, even though there is clearly a camera facing the mail room and my front entrance. Several of my neighbors also have Ring cameras, which I requested to check. When I asked to review the office camera footage, I was first shown a clip that did not match the delivery time listed on my proof of delivery intentionally because i REPEATEDLY MENTIONED the time of drop off and she stated the camera does not have a date or time stamp and that it ALSO facing the floor which gets no surveillance which I also have on video of her addressing this because that defeats the purpose of the multiple cameras they have surrounding the front area.. but I’m not gonna argue with a liar and thief… however When I pointed out the time discrepancy, the footage was quickly changed and then cut off shortly after. I was then told to “just get the package replaced and to get out of her office. The refusal to fully review the footage and the way the situation was dismissed raises serious concerns about how this was handled. I have filed a report with local PD and requested that the camera footage be preserved for review. AND Investigated because management should not be stealing packages and if it wasn’t then they’re wouldn’t have been a hassle to continue to review the remainder of the video. this issue was with Mel and Ruthy.

  I want to share my experience to help future residents. Several weeks in advance—well over a month before my move-out date—I contacted the front office to inform them of my plans to vacate. During that call, the staff member acknowledged my notice. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do to complete the process, and I was told that no additional steps were required. After I moved out, I was unexpectedly charged additional rent for not providing “proper notice.” When I went to the office to address the issue, the same staff member acknowledged that our earlier conversation had taken place. Despite this, the charges were still enforced. This situation was frustrating and disappointing, as I made a good-faith effort over the course of multiple weeks to communicate my plans and relied on the information provided by the office.
