  Kelly Park is a beautiful community, and the staff from Toll Brothers are fantastic. Rick Buckner and Leo are such thoughtful and caring persons that they made sure not just the entire transaction process is smooth, but the follow up after the transaction flawless. Whenever we have any issue or questions, we can approach them directly and easily, they always goes out the way to make sure their customers are taken care of. We just feel very confident of Toll Brothers and the quality of its work and service. Highly recommend!

Emily was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer every question, kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel confident in such an important decision.   DO NOT BUY FROM TOLL BROTHERS! They are supposed to be a luxury builder but they cut corners and use CHEAP materials. They refuse to fix anything after you sign. MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU SIGN YOU HAVE A LAWYER REVIEW THE CONTRACT. Most builders give you a 1 year warranty on your home, toll brothers does not. They are difficult to work with and are scammers.

  Rick Buckner and Rico Rolon both went above and beyond through the whole process. Would absolutely recommend them both! It has been an absolute pleasure working with them both. They both made the buying and move in process an absolute joy along with it being an easy experience. Went from inquiring about the community to sold within 3 weeks.

  STAY FAR AWAY. Dealing with Toll Brothers has been a nightmare and utterly exhausting. There are plenty of new builds in the area to choose from. They do anything and everything but fix their errors. Once they force you to close on a house, forget about getting anything fixed. The complete opposite of a “luxury” builder. Such a shame.
