As a Southwest Florida realtor it is important to have great relationships with the builder’s agents since we both represent each side. My clients closed on their final forever home in Hampton Lakes last month and relocated from Indiana. Happy that the home checked all the boxes and they get to enjoy their first winter snow-free here in Southwest Florida!

We've had a first hand account of such an incident. Also, the pool is not heated. So if you're looking to use the amenity center pool during the winter months, the water is too cold to go in the pool. And, no, the developer told me that they are not working on heating the pool because they are still selling houses.
