Where do I start? This was by far the most infested place I’ve ever lived. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! There’s no way that this place is still allowing people to rent these apartments. Day one we saw dead roaches and reported it to the lady Daniella. She said that she had never heard of anyone reporting roaches being in the unit. We found out soon after that she was just trying to sell us. We waited a week before officially moving to bomb the unit and filled all possible holes to prevent anything from coming in or out. We sealed the windows, put boraic acid in the walls and around the base of the entire unit, and bombed again. We didn’t have roaches at the place before this so we looked every possible way to secure the place. NOTHING WORKED! NOT EVEN PEST CONTROL! The only good thing about this place is the pool area and the maintenance guy. He resolved every concern we had but that building is just too infested for anyone to live in. We saw that they sold the unit before we moved out and I feel so sorry for the people who are living there. If it wasn’t for the roaches we would still be living there but you couldn’t even sit on the couch or toilet without one falling from the roof or crawling on you.

We live in Fort Myers which is 3 hours away. We scheduled this tour in hopes of finding a new place in Altamonte Springs. Our tour was for 10 and confirmed and so we got here around 945 and the doors were open to the clubhouse. We get in and the lady at the front desk stares at us as we walk in and doesn’t say good morning and my mom has to say it first. I had to say we have a tour at 10 and the lady still stares and said yeah that’s the time we open.. you can take a seat and so we sit down and that immediately just confirmed we don’t want to live here. Upon arrival the buildings don’t look good and the neighborhood was kind of plain and boring. But to not even be greeted with nice customer service? No smile? We could just sense her attitude at us coming in through the unlocked doors. I know my tour is at 10. I never expect to be seen other than my scheduled time so I was going to wait anyways but the experience was just rude and definitely just made us want to leave. We ended up just getting up and I told her to cancel it and I’ll reschedule at a later time, which I probably won’t because that immediately just gave us a bad taste in our mouths about this place. She then wanted to be nice and ask why? I can take you now? And I was nice and basically said I’ll just call back or go on the site to reschedule. Because why be nice now after you know you messed up? Not nice at all. I don’t like that and wouldn’t want to treat other people how she treated us. Moving to this place ? No thank you. I can already see how things will go when I have to contact the office about something I may need.

ROACH INFESTATION!! let this be a warning, you will have to throw away everything you own. I have lived in rougher areas were roaches weren't this bad. BEWARE ! Also cheap repairs and paint
