  I am more than pleased with the experience that I had with Blade today! He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and made me feel very comfortable about being a new resident at this location.

  I just completed a survey based on their request on my email. Now they said to spread what I thought about the place on Google so here it is. We drove 3 hours to spend time doing tours at a few different neighborhoods and we have to say this neighborhood we would never want to live in. It’s so run down, trash bin located in the weird spot, parking is weird, staff is very friendly yes but we had questions and she couldn’t really give us a straight answer and idk it was just weird being given a tour with answers to questions being “idk or I’m not sure”. Not very promising to know my questions don’t get answered so how am I supposed to trust my issues will get solved while living here? On top of that, she said they don’t have any models to show it’s just what’s available from who just recently moved out so we got shown places that smelled gross, and had broken closet doors or dirty sinks or floors or just tons of other messed. Couldn’t imagine my stuff or myself living in one of the units because of how it looked inside. This first impression wasn’t the best and we just don’t want to live here and don’t recommend to anyone else either. Find a better place to live.

  A Great experience visiting The Crest at Altamonte! The community is very clean, and the landscaping is always beautifully maintained. The location is also amazing, super convenient to Altamonte Mall, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping nearby. I also want to give a shoutout to Jessica, the community manager. She is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever you need assistance. She really makes visitors and residents feel welcome. Overall, this is a amazing and well-managed community. Highly recommend checking out The Crest at Altamonte!
