  Edgard was an absolutely amazing tech. He saw what the problem to my unit was immediately and fixed it all in one day. His customer service skills are super and hes a super friendly guy and explains everything if you have questions. You can tell he knows his stuff. He really helped my family out with our issue.

  My personal experience is quite good the few disappointments I have are superficial not to prevent anyone from having a great experience with PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL warm and pleasant people responds to emergencies promptly.

  Jose Ferrira assisted us with HVAC related issue. He was communicative through the whole process and took care of my concerns as they came up. He took his time to resolve the issue and extended himself to do everything in his power to prevent the issue to occur again. Very pleased with the level of customer service he has provided.

  Absolute worst experience. I was hoping to find a professionally managed home but instead we got lies and price gouging. We started an application at one price and overnight there were zero other applications. My mother, the other applicant, was having issues with her link and wasn’t able to finish her application that night. The next morning I called progress to see if any other people applied and to ask for help. I was told 3 other applications were in process but not finished. I called my mother and told her to try to finish the application, went inside BJs, bought a rotisserie chicken and two other items, then called Progress back when I got outside. I was told by a very snarky (I felt like she was laughing at me) that all 3 applicants finished and submitted their applications, so don’t bother finishing because they are first come first serve. I was absolutely devastated, I absolutely questioned if the 3 applicants really finished their applications in the 10 minutes I was in the store? Her reply was basically “it was none of my business.” So I went on, depressed, because we really loved the house. We still kept getting texts to finish our applications and then the next day they said our application was canceled because we didn’t finish yet I was told to NOT bother. I also noticed overnight the price went up $120 while we were applying. I called the next day because your Chloe AI assistant wouldn’t stop texting me how they wanted to help me…like with what?! So then I decided to call back( I also noticed the house went up even more to $145 after we started the application) and I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, the agent told me there were ZERO APPLICATIONS IN PROGRESS, not even 24 hours after I was told don’t bother applying, that 3 applicants were ahead of us! So we lost money on applying the first time, were lied to about the applicants, then told too bad, reapply at the new price. By that point dealing with your company was making me sick. I had other homes we passed up on and now my family and I are homeless, leery of dealing with any company now, and definitely Progress Residential. Extremely sad, my daughter is disabled, I had 8 surgeries and my son has a bone disease. I got my real estate license to try to help people with making the biggest decision of their life, it’s obvious Progress is just an investment company and have no care or love for the business or helping people find their homes. I think you need to be investigated, and I plan on having my transaction investigated. Was there really 3 applicants? Was there really 3 applications that finished while I was working on mine that got denied within a 24 hour period? You have no supervisors, no accountability, you don’t care. You just eat up the market and laugh at people. Most of your agents are snarky. Yall are in the wrong business, I feel so sad for Florida residents having to deal with this. I’m repulsed

  I’ve been with progress for over six years now. Work orders for repairs and emergencies can be challenging especially because of the lack of communication with the “office”. Thank goodness for John Valdez who actually takes the time to respond quickly and address concerns. If it wasn’t for him I’d still be waiting for a callback from the office for dayyys.
