  I moved out months ago and still haven’t received my deposit back first they sent it then it “got lost” and now they keep saying it’s coming but when I call back they said they’ll send it - QUICK TO TAKE MONEY SLOW TO GIVE BACK

  I applied to this 2 places with them keep in mind my credit score is a 782 and i make atleast 10,000 a month, and no criminal history. They have a new ai system that does not correctly verify income, they could not give me an explanation anytime i call everybody sounds like they are speaking a script. and could not give me any information, they have nobody that checks the applications only an ai system and also everytime i call they employees were rude and seemed to have an attitude when im just looking to have my application reviewed. I couldnt imagine trying to get things fixed either them at this point. I would save your money and try another company that uses real people and people that want to help. My application was cancelled with no explanation and they will not offer me atleast a refund for my application

  The leasing process was smooth, and the representative I worked with was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, everything changed once we picked up the keys. This has been the worst move-in experience I’ve ever had. It was clear the home was not inspected or properly prepared before we moved in. After spending all day moving, we arrived to a dirty house. The hot water smelled like rotten eggs, making it impossible to shower for three days. Since we moved in before a holiday weekend, we were left waiting for the issue to be addressed. On top of that, we’ve dealt with multiple maintenance issues, roaches, and broken glass scattered throughout the backyard. It’s extremely disappointing, especially considering this home was advertised as move-in ready. I work in property management myself, and I know a resident should never be allowed to move into a home that isn’t ready. First impressions matter, and this one has been incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend renting from this company based on my experience.

  i just want to thank Lisa Hatfield for being an exception person on your team. She is an outstanding employee for your company. I truly say this with heartfelt gratitude and thankfulness with the patience it took for her to endure what i dished out to her for over two weeks hopefully she still has her sanity... she went way above & beyond helping me get a house that seemed far off with all the issues and problems with technology which kept cropping up one after the other thanks again Lisa for your help... it really doesn't matter where you work it's how well you do your Job...

  Beware and DO NOT work with Progress Residential. It’s a nightmare to work with them and they don’t even care to solve your problems. Money hungry folks at best. They don’t even know how to manage their properties what makes you think they can maintain it in emergencies? They pause my account and give me zero solution to remedy it. They don’t even claim responsibility they owe to landlords! My two cents, keep your property away from Progress Residential, and don’t ever think about renting with them, you will be signing up for headache and lots of wasted money! You been warned.
