I wanted to leave a review, even though I didn’t take the apartment Jamal. The leasing agent was worth leaving a review for from the greet to the professionalism to my questions being answered not being rushed. Little things like that is one of the things I look for to move into an apartment Along with everything else. Jamal Thank you for your time and keep being you because you have excellent customer service and professionalism
This apartment complex has been really great to me but one bad constant experience I keep having is my work orders are not being handle at all and also not being handle professionally. I keep putting work orders for the same thing over and over and I also have to wait several weeks for it to be handle. Emergency work orders like AC, door issues, & leaking problems will not be resolved unless I call several times and when the workers come by to fix it, they have to come at least more then once to fix the problem and when they do fix it, it only last for a week and it’s broken again.. i would really appreciate if management do something about this because I am getting tired and frustrated that nothing is being resolved and I feel like I’m paying to live in a apartment where nothing is working properly.

I currently live at these apartments and would not recommend them.
On the day of my move-in, I was informed that the apartment I had signed for was not ready and that I would need to move into a different unit. I had no choice but to accept the alternative apartment, which was at a higher rental rate. Management assured me in writing that I would be charged the original rate we agreed upon because the change was due to their mistake.
However, months later, I noticed that I was being charged the higher amount. After bringing the issue to the leasing office, I was told it would be corrected. Nearly a month has passed, and the rent has still not been adjusted, nor have I received any credit for the overpayments. My concerns have largely gone unanswered.
In addition, maintenance requests are difficult to get addressed, the pool is frequently closed, and there are ongoing cleanliness issues around the property.
Overall, my experience has been disappointing due to poor communication, unresolved billing issues, and lack of responsiveness from management. I would encourage prospective residents to carefully consider other options before signing a lease here.

I've consistently enjoyed living here for the past year and a half. Even through changes in management, problems get sorted fairly quickly and the neighbors are nice. The current team is really spectacular: Naima, Katana, and Jamaal. Great work guys! :]

Today Central Park Apartments earned a rating of 4 Stars.
Central Park apartments located in Altamont Springs is a tale of 2 cities. Excellent bones, but years of poor management had diminished its ability to provide a good and consistent living experience. I moved in November of 2025 into a one bedroom. I waited this long to provide a review as I wanted to have more good information to share as opposed to only negative insight. What is good at Central Park apartments:
° The one Bedroom apartment on the ground floor and the building was in good condition. While the complex is not new, it has been well maintained on the inside.
° The unit is large with a shower and tub.
° The bonus room is certainly a bonus that can be used as a private office or as a studio for your arts and crafts.
° The Olympic size pool, with its large barbecue area and gazebo, is a welcoming touch.
° The abundance of large trees provide a beautiful canopy across the entire community.
° The recent addition of a new maintenance team and Property Manager is already showing signs of much needed improvement.
The Cons:
° Major backlog in service requests being completed by the maintenance crew as fast and as best as they can.
° Disregard for public health compliance by some tenants refusing to follow trash valet procedures.
° Way too much dog feces by tenants refusing to pick up after their pets.
° Numerous broken light receptacles creating a dark and dangerous environment at night near building L.
HOWEVER, in the last 24 hours both the Management office team and the maintenance crew have made major headway with my service request tickets (one issue pending since Nov2025).
What does the new property management and maintenance crew need to do to restore/elevate Central Park Apartment to a sought after living community: COMMUNICATION, COMMUNICATION, AND MORE COMMUNICATION.
Things break, delays occur, and uncontrollable events are but a few of the issues Central Park Apartment will continue to face. But - Communication, to the tenants and among office/crew is paramount.
A special shout out to Terry (Boss man) who is nothing but passionate in delivering positive timely smart results. I look forward to providing more feedback on Terry and his new maintenance as they develop the necessary cohesiveness needed to maintain a good living community.
The new property manager, barely months at Central Park Apartment, is making headway with the problems affecting the facility.
With the new leadership at Central Park Apartment, I am confident that our community/my community - "Central Park Apartments"- will be the epitome of good and safe living in Altamonte Springs. Otherwise, I will be in the front office voicing my concerns. Not a threat - but a promise.
