- SKShannon KennardAug 17, 20262.0For an HOA whose fees have gone up you would think they pool that they so proudly advertise wouldn't look like this. They are even making ppl buy keys to access it when it's apart of our community! We have not been able to use it all summer but hey, we still have those wonderful HOA fees right?!? I have a cracked/ damaged sidewalk in front of my house that no one cares to fix, my neighbor had to fix her on backyard because she got weeds instead of grass, when you call the HOA they act like they don't control anything... I love my neighbors but I do plan on moving in another year or so. Please also make sure you get your own inspector if you move out here!! Corners are definitely getting cut.

- DCDonna coppocktrzaskaSep 12, 20235.0So Happy we used Ryan. Mariah was great in assisting us with our decor. She guided us and kept us informed on the decor of the house. Further Ethan our project manager was wonderful in keeping us updated as to the progress on our new home. We are beyond excited to move in for Christmas.
