  Ben did a wonderful job being a dual agent representing us as sellers as well as the buyers for our home. He marketed our home via many websites and multiple open houses. He responded immediately with any questions or concerns. He also took a bit more care in looking after our property since we lived out of state. Our home was sold quickly and we know it was because of Ben’s commitment to representing our needs as well as the buyers. Thank you, Ben!

  We had the benefit of working with Ben Steward as a buyer and seller agent for our recent home sale and home purchase. We were fortunate to meet Ben during an open house, and reached out to him related to our interest in selling and purchasing a second home in Delaware. Ben came to meet with us the first time with an impressive packet of information related to comparable homes in our neighborhood. He gave us a realistic idea of what he felt a reasonable listing price would be for our current property. From that first day, he was continuously available to answer our questions and give recommendations. He helped to coordinate property improvements that were needed to allow us to list and sell our property for the highest price. After listing the property he was very active in quickly coordinating an open house. Ben was successful in having a buyer walk through the house within hours of listing for sale; our home had multiple contracts within 10 days of listing. He was very willing to explain the offers, and provider advice on how to move forward with our counter-offers. Ben was also our buyer agent for another property. At the same time he was helping us list our current property, he helped to negotiate an offer on our new "dream home". Ben was very open and honest in all dealings. Ben was continuously available to answer questions on both properties, and assisted with coordinating and recommending contractors when needed. Given we live out of state, he helped to coordinate electronic signature forms, and walked us through the process. Most importantly for us, was that Ben was able to coordinate both settlements on the same day during a time that would work in our schedule to allow us to be at both closings and complete our move. Ben was wonderful to deal with, and obviously cares about his clients. He provided us with professional and comprehensive service. This really helped ease our stress during what can be an overwhelming time. Ben was willing to continue to help to coordinate the "little things" like helping us with obtain new key fob, making certain utilities were set up, and setting up a carpet install after purchase; even up to the day of the settlement. We would strongly recommend Ben for buying or selling needs. We were fortunate enough to achieve one of our life goals, and Ben helped to make that happen.   I couldn’t have asked for a better REALTOR! Ben Steward was there for me from the signing of the listing agreement to settlement. He made me feel comfortable with the process. He never left any questions unanswered. He offered excellent advice, always responded promptly. I received an offer for my home six weeks after listing. My closing was six weeks later. Ben treated me as though I was his only client! I highly recommend him. He is an expert in the real estate field. Ben knows his business! Maureen
