  I've lived in this community for the past three years, and overall I've had a wonderful experience. The property is well-maintained, and the staff has always been friendly, professional, and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. One of the things I appreciated most was how close the community is to the University of Delaware, making it very convenient for students. I also loved that the community is pet-friendly, which made apartment living with my pet easy and enjoyable.

  Great place to live and close to the University of Delaware. Lots of great amenities, 24/7 gym with some free weights, cardio equipment, and lots of machines (smith, cable pull, leg extension, cable flies, etc.). My only big complaint is that there are some wildlife buildup on the fire sprinklers in the hallway that I think could impair them. I don’t mind the bird nests at all on other areas, just not on the fire sprinklers. They also hold lots of good events throughout the year, like the silent disco, late night snacks during finals and the “floatchella” cookout.

  I’ve loved moving into the waverly! The staff is kinda and helpful, the maintenance team is quick and efficient. Most of the amenities are well taken care of and maintained. It’s a fun/relaxing environment and I’ve enjoyed my time so far!
