  We had an amazing experience building our new home with Ryan Homes! Buying new construction can feel overwhelming, but Ryan Homes made the entire process smooth and exciting. From our first meeting, Jennifer (our Sales Representative) and Casey (our Project Manager) kept us informed every step of the way. Whether they were answering our endless questions in a timely manner or guiding us through our interior color choices, they were fantastic. Most importantly, we enjoy viewing the step-by-step photos of our house being built! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and we truly felt like our home was built with care. We are so excited to settle in, and we appreciate all the hard work and dedication that went into building our dream home!"

  We moved into our beautiful townhome at Broadview at Cannery Village in June. We love it! Ryan's customer service has been outstanding. We've been extremely satisfied with Ryan's attention to detail and quality construction. Living within town limits of Milton is a plus! Milton has so much to offer while still being close to Lewes and the other resort areas. Our sales representative (Jenn) and our home loan representative from NVR (Jenn) were the BEST! They truly cared for us and were informative during the decision making process, answering any questions we had in detail. We considered them more as friends than business acquaintances. We had a previous experience with a well known builder in the area. Purchasing a home from Ryan, was hands down, the better of the two! As lifelong Delawarean's, we highly recommend exploring Broadview at Cannery Village in Milton as your new home!

  My experience purchasing a Ryan Home townhome in this community has exceeded my expectations. Jenn, the sales rep, was friendly and pleasant in all my interactions with her. She was very accommodating and patient with my questions and some last minute changes I had. I’ve been impressed by the prompt and helpful communication back and forth with the whole team throughout the building process. I think this is a great community, in a great location, at what seems to be currently one of the better price points in the area.

  I recently purchased a Ryan Townhome in Milton, DE, and wanted to share my experience. Having heard mixed reviews, I initially approached the process with some trepidation. However, after four months since starting the journey—and now having lived in my home for a month—I couldn't be happier. I want to specifically commend the two Jens: one as the sales representative leading the way, and the other Jenn working with the mortgage company. Both of who have been some of the most professional, kind, pleasant, and patient people I have met in a long time. Even now, a month after moving in, they are both still happily answering questions for me. I am very satisfied with the home so far. Compared to my previous older home, having the new home warranty guide and a one-year warranty on many items provides great peace of mind. While nothing is perfect, I am truly looking forward to enjoying this home with my family and friends for a long time to come. Thank you again for all your wonderful support.
