Friendly community. They are still building homes but the community pool is completed and open for use. I'm pleased with the quality of my home.
Updating review 8/3/26. I still love my home but I took a star away. Having been here a year now, I'm having problems with the HVAC system, the dishwasher had to be replaced and a service call was made about the dryer. The home comes with new appliances but just know they will be the cheapest ones available. Warranty calls are extremely frustrating. The online requests aren't acknowledged by staff and actually speaking with a person is nearly impossible. The AC failed during a heatwave. Sobieski is the contractor responsible for HVAC repairs. They are non-responsive and not reliable.

Lisa Sullivan was our real estate agent who took care of us. She was the most amazing agent. She was able to answer all my questions, help me problem solve and was incredibly easy to work with. She truly went above and beyond to get us our house and we are truly thankful for her and our new home!

We’re in the process of buying a new home at Patriots Glen and couldn’t be happier. Jacki, our sales rep has been so great to work with. She’s made the process so seamless and is our biggest cheerleader, making sure we feel not just comfortable with the process, but increasingly excited for our new home! We’re now working with our Loan Officer Laura and she’s been just as amazing! With all the moving parts and pieces, she’s done an outstanding job making sure we understand each step and can rest easy knowing we’re getting a rate and mortgage that meets our needs. We look forward to working through the remaining steps and feel confident we’re getting the best possible service with the best possible team!

I would like to share my experience with sales representative Jennifer Casamento and offer an important piece of advice to prospective buyers: always ensure that everything discussed is documented in writing before finalizing any agreement.
In many cases, verbal assurances made during the sales process may not be reflected in the final contract. Without written confirmation, you may later find yourself responsible for items or costs you did not anticipate.
During my initial visit to the model home, Jennifer Casamento clearly stated that the kitchen ventilation exterior was a standard feature included in the base price of the home. Based on that representation, I proceeded with my purchase. However, I recently discovered that my home does not include the kitchen ventilation exterior.
What makes this situation more concerning is that my sister and I purchased homes at the same time. She duplicated my selections specifically to avoid discrepancies, and the kitchen ventilation exterior was properly installed in her home as originally promised. Unfortunately, it was not included in mine.
I have brought this issue to Jennifer Casamento’s attention, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory explanation. I am now being told that installation would require an additional cost. This is unacceptable to me, as the feature was presented as part of the original base offering.
Additionally, I would caution buyers regarding closing incentives such as cash credits. While these may appear beneficial upfront, they can sometimes be paired with higher-than-market interest rates. What seems like immediate financial support may significantly increase the total cost of the home over time.
My advice to future buyers: get every promise, feature, and incentive clearly documented in writing to avoid misunderstandings and unexpected expenses later.
We are so happy and still in disbelief of being homeowners. We would like to shout out Lisa S. she was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions the day of and after. We are very thankful. We would also like to say thank you to Jennifer at NVR. We looked forward to living in Patriots Glen.
