  Traveling down to the Eastern Shore for the weekend, my family and I noticed Clayton Homes from the road side. Since we do have some land that we are looking to put a house on I stopped by to gather the relevant information to begin the process. Myself including my sister and cousin just needed specifics on the how to buy and the next steps we need to take to get the process started. We met with Joseph who was extremely polite and cordial who then introduced us to Nick. Nick was 100 percent professional and explained the buying process as well as what is included with the purchase, all the options available to style and build your home as well what they can provide for raw land as that was my particular need. Nick also showed us several models, explained what could and could not be modified and a host of other questions we had. He did not hesitate to give clear and concise answers and was patient and listened intentionally, so he could give us the best answer he could provide for our situation. I highly recommend coming to Clayton Homes not just for the professionalism but to have someone help you with a genuine interest in your home project. Kudos to Nick and Joseph and the entire Clayton Homes team. You will be hearing from us in the near future.

  What a wonderful learning experience I had today at Clayton Homes. I, my sister and cousin met with reps Nick and Joseph. Both were enthusiastic and I could tell they really enjoyed putting home packages together for the interested buyer. After speaking briefly with Joseph he left us with Nick. His demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. Not once did he make us feel we were wasting his time and patiently listened and answered all of our questions, no holds barred. He showed us multiple home models, broke down the pros and cons, explained the differences in model pricing and made the inquiry process seamless. I appreciate the time he took with us and I highly recommend that if you have land and are looking for a new modular home units, this is the place to go. You will learn a wealth of valuable information from Nick. Thank you Nick and Joseph for the exceptional customer service. We will be in touch in the near future.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to Mitchell Gordon. He is one of a kind. He was the first smiling face that greeted us when we went to Oakwood, Millsboro. He has great energy, very informative, has good customer service skills and just an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been with us through this process updating us every chance he gets. There was a property we had mentioned to Mitch, and he said that he will look into it for us. After doing his due diligence he called, I want to say around 11a.m one morning with a great update. He asked us if we want to see the property. We said, " Sure why not". He made it his business to drive a little over 1.5 hours away to meet us to the property and be there by 1p.m. This was on such short notice. That showed us right there how Mitch was willing to go above and beyond for his customers. It is just as hacked on them as it is for us. He still takes the time to make sure all of your needs are meet and answers any questions you may have. It is such a blessing to have meet Mitch. They have a pretty good team there anyway. Shout out to Mr. Gil as well he is super awesome as well.
