  I just wanted to give a shout out to Mitchell Gordon. He is one of a kind. He was the first smiling face that greeted us when we went to Oakwood, Millsboro. He has great energy, very informative, has good customer service skills and just an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been with us through this process updating us every chance he gets. There was a property we had mentioned to Mitch, and he said that he will look into it for us. After doing his due diligence he called, I want to say around 11a.m one morning with a great update. He asked us if we want to see the property. We said, " Sure why not". He made it his business to drive a little over 1.5 hours away to meet us to the property and be there by 1p.m. This was on such short notice. That showed us right there how Mitch was willing to go above and beyond for his customers. It is just as hacked on them as it is for us. He still takes the time to make sure all of your needs are meet and answers any questions you may have. It is such a blessing to have meet Mitch. They have a pretty good team there anyway. Shout out to Mr. Gil as well he is super awesome as well.

  What can I say we walked in and Nick knew every single thing we had asked him as well as treating us as people not just another number like other places I've been to. He was very respectful and was even impressed with the knowledge my wife and I already had towards purchasing. Haven't made my decision just yet but if I decide to go with Clayton it's because of the way Nick handled our situation and presented himself and the homes

  Nick Was Wonderful!!! Every Question no matter how many times I asked …. He was always courteous never minded anything and he had a lot on his plate that day he was alone in the office But I never felt neglected.. Nick handled Everything!!! He gave me such good information and I am moving forward with him!!!!! Thank you Nick!!! Thank you For your professionalism !!!!
