  We had a great experience living at Carillon Woods. One of my favorite features was how quickly management/ maintenance handled issues. Anita and Jody in the office were always professional and answered any questions or concerns we had. Matt and Scott were amazing with maintenance issues. As soon as I reported an issue I would receive a call and either Matt or Scott came to the apartment and the issue was taken care of promptly. Our building was very quiet and I was impressed with the upkeep of the grounds. You can’t beat the location. Anita and her staff truly care about the property and upkeep. The location was also a plus. Close to shopping and restaurants. The residents were also friendly.

  Everyone knows that moving is one of the most stressful situations a human being can go thru... but let me tell you my story. I called Carillon Woods Apartments 2 days ago, and was happily surprised by Jodi, a wonderful agent that picked up the phone and not only answered every question I had, but went above and beyond to be helpful and make things so much easier. I wish every company had a Jodi working for them.

  The only reason I renewed my lease was the pond on my backyard. Now it looks like a sewage, utterly gross.

  We haven’t moved in yet, the building that we have our eyes on is still under construction. We will be certain to jump on it just as soon as leasing is available. In the meantime, all of our paperwork is ready to go. However, we can clearly say that Jax has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly dedicated, professional, pleasant, caring and so willing to go the extra miles to satisfy potential tenants. We have been working with her since 2016 trying to find the right complex and unit that fits our likes and lifestyle. We are currently homeowners and moving to an apartment community is a first and a new sort of experience for us. She has been very considerate of our time and desires and very helpful in working with us to accomplish our goals and to ease this transition from a homeowner to a tenant. Hats off to Jax! We are very looking forward to soon being residents of Carrillon Woods. We feel very welcomed by Jax and that she is now part of our new extended family!
