- PPPamelaFeb 19, 20265.0My husband and I found ourselves in a position that we needed to move fairly quickly. I found Carillon Woods Apartments fairly quickly. I was able to get a tour same day for an apartment. Jody Gore was the absolute best. Answered our many questions and addressed some concerns. She was available to answer questions through the application process and is definitely an asset to the complex.

- JTjack tannerAug 15, 20231.0Never rent from this place! during our 14 months we lived there the air conditioning broke and hot water heater broke twice, these places are highly overpriced, it was $1985.00 a month for a small 2bd. We left after 14 months and out of our $1985 deposit we only got $75 back, the only thing wrong with the place was a small stain on the floor in one bedroom, they said they had to replace the whole carpet and charged us $1,050 to replace the carpet and $250 for cleaning the place, are you serious? We left that place cleaner than when we moved in! We were also required to buy renters insurance the whole time we were there, and at the end we were also charged for not having insurance which we did have and they also took that from our deposit! I would highly recommend never renting from this money hungry, greedy company, I’m so glad we moved out of there and hated even living there in the first place.
