  The most beautiful house we’ve owned! (And that includes our first home in California). The work done by Drew was amazing! A+ They are willing to fix things within the first year and offer a paint redo within the first 11 months. Nicole was so nice to work with! This community is peaceful and has a gym, splash pad for kids, and a nice pool with swim up chairs. It has a resort-like feel to it.

  We have been in our new Ryan home for almost 4 months. Our experience with the Sales agents, Construction Manager and Loan officers have been a total positive experience. Everyone has been very knowledgeable, professional and cordial. They respond to your questions in detail and without hesitation. We've started meeting other neighbors and they are very friendly, outgoing and welcoming to all newcomers. We love the location here at Compass Point. It is central to many areas. We highly recommend our great community!

  I am very happy with my new home at Compass Point and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tyler, my salesman, was excellent. He really knew his product. There weren’t many questions he couldn’t answer but when there was something he was unsure about he did some research, found the answer and got right back to me. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and I enjoyed working with him. Corey, the project manager kept me informed every step of the way from the time they broke ground in January until completion. He sent weekly photos and updates and was always available to answer my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. Best of all my home was completed right on time. I have friends that contracted with other builders in the area and their experiences have not been nearly as good as mine.
