  In all fairness, Legum & Norman has been the property manager for this community for only the past 7 months. However, it is not helpful for L&G to consistently close out Requests regarding questions or property issues submitted on their TownSQ app with no updates at all, especially why it was closed. If the company improves their communication with customers, I would like to revisit the rating I gave them. Update: Company has responded to my questions and concerns in a very timely and professional way. Thank you.

  Worst property management company I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Cannot keep employees. We had 9 property managers assigned to our community in 4 years. Complete incompetence. They will be out of business very soon. I would honestly use any other company before utilizing Legum Norman.

  They are the management company for a property that we own. For two years we have been expressing our concerns about renters who live above our unit. Legum & Norman have done nothing to rectify our concerns. Endless emails, HOA meetings and phones calls with no resolution. Today I spoke on the phone with an employee, she was nothing but rude and hung up the phone on me. They are a horrible management company who do nothing to resolve tenant concerns. Our complaints are about quality of life issues, drug dealing, endless domestic arguments, concern for our family and dog....all has fallen on deaf ears. Yet they are quick to collect our HOA fees.
