- EDEdward DowginFeb 20, 20261.0Worst property management company I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Cannot keep employees. We had 9 property managers assigned to our community in 4 years. Complete incompetence. They will be out of business very soon. I would honestly use any other company before utilizing Legum Norman.
