We sat down and together looked at comparable properties, agreed to a competitive price point and generated a sales plan. Matty had a photographer come out and take the most beautiful pictures of the house. We immediately had interest in the house and were under contact in weeks. Unfortunately the buyers financing fell through. Matty had us right back on the market and we quickly had another contract. The entire time Matty kept me updated on showing agents comments and how other comparative properties were fairing. Matty had a sales plan and it worked perfectly. We just closed on the house a couple days ago. I would recommend Matty Ord to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Matty is hard working and very professional.
