- WYWAS YLJul 29, 20262.0Quickly built houses with many errors- swamping warranty services. Unresponsive HOA and management company, and awful landscaping company. I was informed by my sales agent the amenities would be up in 2025. We are still waiting for them. Currently with persistent water in the crawl space since closing. Does have a strong community homeowner interest in improving things. But everyone seems to want to sugarcoat all of the problems. I should have bought elsewhere.
- PFPeggy FosterJul 10, 20265.0Everything from start to finish; initial sales consultations, financials, construction updates and closing went incredibly smooth and easy. Ryan Homes has a great team! My husband and I were out of the country during construction and I am happy to say our home was completed and we closed within the anticipated timeframe and completely ready when we arrived back in the US (can't get better than that!!!) The only thing I would suggest is after the initial walkthrough, and after moving in, there should be maybe a two (2) weeks follow up because there is so much information given at walkthrough and everything is not digested immediately. Thank you Ryan Homes, we are grateful and happy customers!

We were not able to frequently visit the site, but Project Manager Sean Robinson and his team were in regular contact with us regarding status, even if there were issues (of which there was only 1). He was prompt in responding to questions and very helpful. This has extended to follow up after move in. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Sean and the Azalea Woods team!
