  Friendly sales person Christina Vitale until was time to close. They use defective, poor quality material, wrongful installation methods. Do they even have a profesional architect or engineer? I doubt it. If you noticed a defect, which you will find SO MANY, good luck because the construction manager John will tell you that he is out of the picture and you have to deal with the must useless team called The warranty department. If Ryan Homes builds good homes, why do they need to tell you to deal with the warranty? Because they Don't build things right from the beginning. The department which is in charge of fooling you around with the intention of waisting your one year time frame of warranty and do either nothing or worsening the existing problems. We have defective walls, a wrong patio grading were the rain water goes towards the foundation instead of draining away from the house. Electrical issues were a specific breaker goes off despite of being changed 4 times. Now a roof that is developing waves and bounces. Joe with the warranty department give as a fixing day, then another, then next week, then when the weather is good, and so on and so forth. I don't want your life to be miserable like ours after buying from Ryan Homes, please stay away from Ryan Homes. By the way they list of problems continues to get bigger. Jorge Araque

  Our first impression was good, and we provided a great report during the purchase time. Big mistake.We overpaid for a poor quality final product, deceiving expectations given by Christina Vitale, they forced you to use their prefered parent lender. Now that we are living in the house, noticed and experienced the poor quality of materials. Wrongful land gradding, chucked walls, now a bouncing roof?. The warranty department is a nightmare to deal with, they ignored your calls, they sent many contractors to look out the problems but no solutions. Do not make our mistake, buy your home somewhere else.

  Beautiful development with great lots. Homes are affordable but they need to offer a few more options for upgrades. The sale rep Christina was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took the time to show us the model we were interested in even though we didn't have an appointment. She was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions. If you're looking to buy a home in Cattail Creek ask for Christina V.
