  My experience with Ryan Homes was exceptional thanks to Nick, an outstanding Project Manager. From start to finish, Nick walked me through the home‑buying process with patience, professionalism, and care. He made sure I understood each step and always treated me with kindness and respect, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the journey. Because of the trust and confidence Nick built, I referred my sister to Ryan Homes, and she will be purchasing a home in the Cattail Creek community. I also referred a neighbor who purchased a Hazel home and is very pleased with her experience. Nick truly represents the quality and excellence of Ryan Homes. Closed 5/01.

  Hey! The team I had was amazing from the beginning till the end. Tina and Nick were exceptionally professional and ensured I got updated before and after each process. Tina refused to give up on me after 3 attempts with Ryan Homes and would recommend her any day, anytime. Aside being a good representative, she’s an amazing human being. And the neighborhood, so serene and quiet. Give them a shot and they will get you a home.

  Christina(Tina)Vitale & my project manager Rob Spence was the most professional and Awesome people I have ever encountered going through this trying & difficult process I can't thank them enough for making the process so less painful Tina said she will be with us through the entire process and she definitely was there all the way I couldn't have ask for a better Sales representative & project manager Thank you guys for all your support & and answering every questions no matter how often we call You Both are the Best!!   Christina (Tina) Vitale did such a great job explaining the whole new home buying process to us. She was there with us through every step. Tina showed so much patience with all the questions that we had and always helped us feel comfortable in the choice we made. We felt blessed to have her on our team. Our Project Manager, Nick Panariello was awesome before and after our new home was built. He sent pictures of the development of our home. Answered all our questions so we could understand. He is a wealth of knowledge. Our experience has been exceptional with Ryan Homes because of Tina and Nick making buying our new home a wonderful experience.

  I was very hesitant to pursue new construction again due a horrible past experience with another local builder. I'm so glad I took a chance and moved forward with Ryan Homes though. They are by far superior when it comes to communication, quality, and sticking to their estimated construction timelines. I couldn't be more pleased with my with Ryan Homes experience. The entire process from start to finish was outstanding. Tina was my sales rep. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my selections. Nick was my project manager. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent communication. I really appreciated the photos and frequent updates during the construction process. I also reached out to Nick with a couple questions after closing. He still responded very quickly and seemed more than happy to help me. Thank you to the entire Ryan Homes team for my beautiful new home.
