- B4Big web 45May 24, 20264.0Watched 2 of these construction workers walk through a web and completely freak out. Screamed like school girls and threw their tool bags and cussed up a storm. It seems like they build houses way too fast and the quality has gone down the drain for the outrageous 600k price for a damn townhouse! Like that’s a lot ! These 2 guys embarrassed themselves and their company all over a simple web. Grow some thick skin guys and grow up. Brush the web off and move on don’t throw a toddler tantrum over it now!

From start to finish, Nick walked me through the home‑buying process with patience, professionalism, and care. He made sure I understood each step and always treated me with kindness and respect, which made me feel completely comfortable throughout the journey. Because of the trust and confidence Nick built, I referred my sister to Ryan Homes, and she will be purchasing a home in the Cattail Creek community. I also referred a neighbor who purchased a Hazel home and is very pleased with her experience. Nick truly represents the quality and excellence of Ryan Homes. Closed 5/01.

And the neighborhood, so serene and quiet. Give them a shot and they will get you a home.
