  My husband and I were looking for a house and decided to go to Oakwood Homes where Shirlene greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was very helpful and told us she could text her anytime we wanted and she would respond back with an answer if she could. We had lots of questions and I would ask her and she would respond back Very quickly, which was impressive. We had a lot of other questions that we wanted to ask her in person and she came in on her day off which was a holiday. She was very helpful and not pushy and wanted us to be happy with our decision. I would recommend her to anyone.

  Since my husband and I started this process with Oakwood Homes, it has been an absolutely amazing experience! Shirlene Mann has been incredible, answering every question we've had and doing everything she can to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

  If you’re looking to buy a home, I cannot recommend Shirlene Mann at Oakwood Homes in Delmar, DE enough! From the very beginning, she has been absolutely AMAZING to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right home. What impressed me most is that she always has a backup plan. If one option doesn’t work out, she already has another idea or solution ready to go. She never makes you feel discouraged and is always thinking ahead to help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Shirlene takes the time to answer every question, explain every step, and makes you feel confident throughout the entire experience.   I want to say Shirlene Mann is a supershero!!!! Since speaking with her on the phone to meeting her in person has been a wonderful experience, she has worked tirelessly and endlessly for my family and I to match our desires. Shirlene called, emailed and texted while on vacation. She made us feel more like family than a customer. Shirlene Mann is the best sales person and we appreciate her so much!!!!
