- DMDennis McConnellAug 5, 20264.0We had been talking about finding a place with one level to stop the climbing three flights with groceries and laundry. So we decided to take a look at the homes at Highlands of Peppers Creek. Steve Bilbrough the Ryan representative was able to take some time although we didn’t have an appointment. He showed us a couple of models which were pretty much what we were looking for although at a price range we were concerned about. A week later we were figuring we probably wouldn’t be able to make the move. Then Steve contacted us and asked if we could come in to see some options. Steve Bilbrough had put some ideas in front of us which all of a sudden made the decision possible. Another walk through the models and Steve made all the pieces fit. Now we are excited about the house but still concerned about everything that has to happen, mortgage approval, selling the current townhome and packing up. We’re wishing and hoping that everything goes well.

Kerry in Sales was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. Sean, my Project Manager, kept me informed every step of the way and made sure any concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. I also want to recognize Giuseppe for thinking outside the box to solve an issue with my outdoor kitchen vent. It was much louder than expected, and instead of accepting it as-is, he came up with a creative solution that significantly improved it. That level of customer service and willingness to find practical solutions really stood out. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and appreciate the dedication of everyone involved in building my home.
