From my very first meeting with the sales representative, Kerry C., to my preconstruction meeting with project manager, Sean R., things have moved along smoothly and on time. Sean gives me a weekly update on the "construction journey" and Kerry has always been attentive to my questions along the way. I chose the NVR mortgage group as well. I've been working closely with Kelsey E who has provided a timeline for my documents to be submitted and is always willing to answer any of my questions. I have to say it has been a pretty stress free experience to date with my closing scheduled in about 1 month.
