  Going great, so far. The building is very modern, quiet and the maintenance staff is very responsive and fast. Lots of community events. Natasha from the leasing office was very helpful with my move. She answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. This made the difference in me choosing The Verge.

  If you’re looking to move in within the next 3 months, do yourself a favor and don’t consider this building. Honestly, even if you’re planning to move in more than 3 months from now, I would still stay away. My experience with their application and screening process was an absolute disaster. They took more than a month to complete a screening that should not have taken anywhere near that long. My application was apparently left sitting on their desk instead of being submitted to the screening company in a timely manner. They eventually submitted it only a couple of days before my scheduled move-in date, despite knowing exactly when I was supposed to move. Even worse, the screening company apparently requested additional documents, but the building did not notify me. I only found out that documents were missing on the day I was supposed to move in, after repeatedly calling them. And somehow, despite having screening results, they waited until after my scheduled move-in date to communicate the outcome. I was left without an apartment and had to literally stand outside for an hour with nowhere to go because of their failure to handle a basic application process properly. There was also apparently no manager available to actually resolve anything. Trying to find someone who could take responsibility or provide real assistance was nearly impossible. I have never experienced such an unorganized, unresponsive, and frustrating leasing process. If you are considering this building, think twice. The application process alone was enough to make me regret ever applying.

  The worst part? They knew my move-in date was only 10 days away and still neglected my application. Instead of submitting it promptly, they apparently left it sitting there until just days before move-in. The screening company then requested documents, but nobody bothered to tell me. I only found out on my move-in day, after repeatedly calling them. By then, I had nowhere to go. Then there was the complete lack of management or anyone willing to take responsibility. No manager available, no communication, no urgency, and no accountability. I have never dealt with a more disorganized and careless leasing process. If you’re planning to move here, seriously reconsider.

  Natasha was amazing. I was late to my appointment but she accommodated me anyway and was so helpful. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She’s friendly and her customer service was 11/10. Thank you!

  I have a family member who needs to vacate their apartment due to an ongoing smoke-smell issue, which is affecting his health. While the leasing office was responsive about the initial problem, the problem has persisted. He emailed them weeks ago requesting to end his lease, and had been told that “area management needs to review it”. Over a month has passed and they have not gotten back to him. He understands that apartment living comes with occasional challenges, but in a place like this, he would expect management to communicate with residents and address ongoing concerns in a timely and professional manner. At this point, the lack of communication has been just as frustrating as the original issue. I hope management will respond and work towards a reasonable solution.
