  Verge is beautiful and creative with its art and modern design lobby.. the staff are great Hannah, Natasha, Kayla but I would like to recognize Kiara especially for her kindness and professionalism while working with residents. She was caring, dependable, and treated residents with respect, I appreciated her support and dedication and am grateful for the care she provided

  Easily the best move in and building experience I’ve had in DC! From the time I toured in late March/early April, Hannah was very communicative and made finding the unit for me so easy. Move in day was a breeze, and since living here, the staff and residents have been nothing but kind and helpful. The complex is extremely clean and secure, and the amenities and value you get here is unmatched. So glad I chose to make Verge my new home and I can’t wait for all the memories I’ll make here🤗!

  The apartment itself is very nice, and most of the staff genuinely seem to care, especially the property manager, Kayla and they are very upfront and honest which is really hard to find. My partner and I will be moving here in a 2 weeks but so good so far! I’m super excited!

  The leasing consultant who answered the phone on 4/14 (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely rude and sarcastic. I called to inquire about an A21D floor plan that shows one available online, but instead of providing helpful information, he directed me back to the website. The listing only shows one available with no additional details, so I was calling for clarification. When I asked, he responded in a dismissive manner and simply said that if it shows available, then it’s available without offering any further assistance.
