  just want to give Megan Sears her flowers because she really is the best. She always goes above and beyond to help whenever she can, even with things that aren’t necessarily her responsibility. She’s always willing to listen, help solve problems, and even step in to help resolve conflicts when she doesn’t have to. Megan is so kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime me or my grandmother needed help, she has always been there willing to do what she can, and I really appreciate that about her. She makes you feel heard and cared for, and that means a lot. Thank you for everything you do, Megan! You’re truly appreciated and I hope you know how much of a difference you make!!

  These five stars are all for Megan. She was so helpful in showing us our unit and very quick to respond. She is so nice and accommodating. If you are looking to rent at Tivoli gardens I highly recommend asking for Megan.

  Spoke with Megan on the phone today asking a few questions, she was able to provide me with excellent customer service, answered all of my questions without hesitation. she was quick attentive and very knowledgeable!

  Meagan has been absolutely amazing from day one! She has been so helpful, kind, and professional throughout my apartment search. She has answered all of my questions, made the process easy to understand, and has been there every step of the way. I’m so thankful for her help and can’t wait to move in!

  Megan is super friendly and was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s always easier to like where you live when staff like her treat you with such kindness and respect.
