  Applied for an apartment listed for $800 for over two weeks I was told that my application was processing . When finally looking into it I was told that there was an error and the apartment actually isn’t that much . I have been waiting for a refund and still have not received it not to mention they never answer the phones .

  I am not a resident. I am an applicant. The 5 stars are for the young lady in the office, Ms. Katrina. My first contact with her was over the phone. She was quite pleasant and professional. She answered my zillion questions and made the time for me to have a tour. Due to extenuating circumstances I could not keep the appointment. I went to the office to inform her of this. She was willing to do what she could, but time would not permit. She was just a warm if not more in person. Thank you for presenting such a warm reception.
