  The leasing office staff are so rude and very judgmental, I didn’t know you had to come in in nice clothes for them to give you a tour. My husband and I came in multiple times, even with our baby that’s 4 months old, to see a one bedroom for us. First they showed us a studio to see how the unit looks like and have an idea then the lady told us they will have a one bedroom apartment ready within a week and to come back for it, second time we go one girl that was in the office seating down said that the old lady was sick and she couldn’t show us because she’s new and to go back again. Last time we went it was two people the same girl and another lady they told us the unit wasn’t ready and since we been going back and forth she can let us know via text when it’s ready to view, for three weeks we wanted to see the unit. At the end THEY NEVER LET US KNOW, that’s very unprofessional coming from leasing agents, we lived very close to the apartment building so we dress up very casual and took our baby every time since it’s walking distance my husband was so excited to live there, maybe they thought we couldn’t afford it so they didn’t want to waste their time showing us which is sad because we can even afford a two bedroom but they just didn’t have it. Never would be interested in this place again if I ever go apartment hunting again.

  Soy un nuevo residente de este complejo de apartamentos y estoy muy feliz con mi familia de vivir aquí, tenemos 1 año y a lo largo de este tiempo no hemos tenido problemas con plagas ya sean ratones o cucarachas nada de eso en nuestro apartamento, tengo niños y uno de ellos es asmático pero se nos a brindado lo necesario para vivir cómodamente, el personal administrativo nos ayudó mucho desde que aplicamos eso fue muy rápido y eficiente, la Mánager y la señorita Stephanie muy amables y respetuosas. Todo el personal muy serio y responsable. MAJESTIC el mejor lugar para vivir en DC.

  I visited a friend in apt 516. I could not believe how spacious the apartment was. The apartment had so much light shining through the windows and the view up and down 16th street was really nice view. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to contact you guys for more information obtaining a least.

  New Property Manager Markeita is a gem. In my experience, its rare for leasing office staff to really care, but Mrs. Fridie does. In an industry rife with corporate apathy, that stood out. Feels like having a cool college RA again.
