I was told everyone just walked out for the day and I was not forewarned or received any communication. I traveled over an hour to get there on public transportation and it was just overall very unprofessional.

Ty and Brittany were incredibly helpful throughout my visit and truly made me feel comfortable and confident while making my decision. Ryan was also amazing! You can immediately tell that she is a great leader who genuinely puts time, effort, and care into what she does. What stood out to me most was seeing how she interacted not only with prospective residents, but with current residents as well. That level of kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care says so much about the community and the team behind it. Thank you, Ty, Brittany, and Ryan, for such a wonderful experience and for all that you do. You truly made my visit to Langston Views memorable!
- JJJanaiSep 10, 20262.0I scheduled a virtual for tour today in advance and I was on the virtual tour link for 40 minutes and no one ever showed. I was there on time and I waited patiently before I emailed all the links that emailed me and no one responded. I called the office several times and no one answered, and their voicemail was full. This is unacceptable and shows the lack of concern of those working ant the property. It’s ridiculous to have scheduled a tour to not get any response whatsoever. Highly unprofessional

She’s blunt but has tact, communicative without exuding saleswoman energy, and personable in a way that exudes authenticity. She’s made the path towards moving forward clear, concise & something to look forward to. 10/10 would recommend Ryan as your entry point.
