Great tour! Great information on different available units and details on what to expect in different set ups. Very helpful with getting follow up information.

My sick mother (dialysis) and I have been without air conditioning since Saturday (7/18). The photo I’m uploading was taken in my bedroom, where my thermostat reads 88 degrees at 10 PM. Today, I asked the management (Anita Kernacs) whether residents would receive any type of compensation after several days without A/C and a hot mess distributing box fans. I was told there would be none. The conversation ended when the regional manager (Anita Kernacs) walked out of the leasing office, leaving me and several other residents without answers. Going days without air conditioning in the middle of the summer is unacceptable. The lack of communication, honesty, and the way residents have been treated has been even more disappointing.

I've been a resident since Dec. 2025. My experience with the property management office has been inconsistent and disappointing, especially when it comes to resident relations. When I first met the property manager, she came across as caring and sympathetic. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience since then. It feels like the front office staff are the ones actually handling resident concerns, while the property manager remains in the back office and is largely unavailable. The biggest issue has been the complete lack of communication and urgency surrounding our building’s air conditioning. We have been without AC since Thursday, and it is now the following Wednesday. My apartment has been in the 90-degree range, making it extremely uncomfortable and, at times, difficult to stay inside. Residents were told that fans would be provided, but as of now, that has not happened. We also have not received meaningful updates about when the air conditioning will be restored. A property manager’s role includes keeping residents informed and showing compassion during situations like this, and I have not seen that. What was especially concerning was a comment made while the leasing office was crowded with residents seeking updates. The property manager remarked that the office was so hot because there were “so many of you” in it. Everyone in the office at the time was Black, and the comment came across to me as insensitive and made an already frustrating situation even more uncomfortable. Beyond the AC issue, there have also been policies implemented without clear communication or a defined process, creating unnecessary confusion for residents. There are also ongoing maintenance concerns, including significant cracking in my apartment floor, that contribute to the overall impression that resident concerns are not being addressed proactively. I do want to recognize Ryan in the front office because she has been the one bright spot in my experience. Anytime I’ve had an issue, Ryan has been helpful, responsive, and has made sure my concerns were addressed or followed up on. She consistently treats residents with kindness and professionalism. Honestly, she is the most consistent presence in the leasing office, especially considering the high turnover of staff. If it weren’t for her I would have a much harder time finding anything positive to say about this property. Her level of compassion and customer service is what I wish was reflected throughout the entire management team. Residents deserve transparency, timely communication, and respectful treatment. Right now, those expectations are not being met, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes.

Ryan is the best in the office. I’m giving 3 stars because Ryan is awesome and the property manager Anita basically brushes you off when you have an issue with something going wrong in your unit. I haven’t had air since Friday, she made a list and saying everyone won’t receive a fan due to the air coming back on Wednesday. Instead of listening and helping everyone she closed her office door and left Ryan to handle it all. She came out of her office and said she thought everyone was in the office so they can get cooler and then proceeded to say we won’t feel the air if everyone is crowded in the office, as everyone continue to sit she says it’s too many people here and closed her office door once again leaving Ryan to find a solution
