All the leasing staff at TGH have been wonderful and always ready to answer questions and help out when needed; big shout out to Shabora for helping lots with the new apartment.
The building itself is also amazing, best amenities I have seen amongst other buildings like this, and its very clean and classy.
I had a wonderful experience working with Shabora and the entire management team. From the very beginning, Shabora was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. She took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
The rest of the management staff was equally welcoming and professional, creating a positive experience from start to finish. Their kindness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service have made me even more excited and confident about my decision to move here. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly cares about their future residents.

Terrible apartments!! AC is broken and it’s been over 95 degrees the last few days! Management for several months now is vague and will not communicate transparently when this will be fixed. As of today, there is no information at all about estimated fix dates, complete radio silence. Incompetent and disrespectful.
My wife and I have been residents of the Glover house for four years now, however, I am very disappointed in their management. The leasing office caused an error in our electric bill, for which we found out due to an unexpected charge of over $2000 on top of our rent. We have tried to get in contact with management for 8 MONTHS with zero answers. We have set meeting times to speak with management, just for them to not answer any calls.
Edit - The new management team reached out about this issue and were able to give us a refund. We appreciate the assistance from the team!

Terrible, falling apart property.
Biggest issue is that the AC has been broken for four months and counting, with no fix in sight and no transparency into what is going on or the expected timeline for resolution.
Management always gives you the runaround and is only focused on protecting their liability. Despite speaking several times with management they will not give you a straight answer. And this AC issue is not new, according to neighbors last summer the AC would break down constantly and yet they have not addressed it and four months after the first reported issues, we have no idea if it is going to take another month or several months.
When I requested an ETA for the fix and asked if it would be a year or a month, the new manager said "oh, I do not *think* it is going to be year".... incredible. They will occasionally send an email stating that the AC is broken... it is 80 degrees inside, we know it is broken!
They are providing external AC units but these are extremely loud and inconvenient and only cool down a small part of your apartment. From the outside you can see that several residents have resorted to placing blackout/sun heat light blocking blinds, and you see the water drains from the external AC units in several apartments. Complete incompetence and lack of transparency.
And if they ever fix the AC issues, there are issues that other reviewers have listed: paper thin walls, humidity issues, very old appliances, flimsy blinds, trash valet service that makes the hallways stink, and the list goes on, etc.
The property is mismanaged and falling apart, and while the location may be nice, it is certainly not worth it with a broken AC and a management that is unable or unwilling to get ahead of the issues.
