Been living here for a few years and the new management team is really turning things around. I’ve noticed a lot of changes with staff and the people seem more professional. Happy they are here and making a difference!

I am extremely disappointed with the conditions of this apartment complex and the complete lack of urgency from management. I have been without hot water and air conditioning for nearly four weeks, during multiple heat advisories, with indoor temperatures reaching 90 degrees. I have young children, and this situation is not just inconvenient, it is unsafe.
When I contacted the leasing office, I was told that “other people have been without since April,” as if that somehow makes this acceptable. That response alone shows how little management cares about the health and living conditions of their residents.
The building conditions are also unacceptable. There are constant foul odors throughout the fourth floor, and the environment feels neglected and poorly maintained. I first reported these issues on June 30, and to this day, there is still no clear timeline for repairs.
It is obvious that the HVAC situation is being mishandled. There appear to be multiple technicians on site, yet nothing is being resolved. It feels like a disorganized operation, where contractors are being paid without delivering results. As someone who works in property management, I can confidently say this is not how a residential property should be run.
What makes this even worse is that management refuses to provide temporary solutions, such as portable AC units, during extreme heat conditions. They have also made it clear they are unwilling to offer lease accommodations despite repeated violations of basic living standards.
After only six months of living here, I can honestly say I cannot endure another six months under these conditions. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish, and I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. I’m heading to housing conditions court so if you don’t wanna be treated less than DO NOT MOVE HERE!
-signed a tired resident from the 4th floor!

Terrible!!! Maintaining this building is like pulling teeth!!! Disabled people have to walk up 6 flights of stairs because you refuse to fix the elevators!!! Women with children in strollers cant make it up the stairs without help!!! Stop demanding rent if you cant keep up with maintaining the property.
It’s difficult to live in the city let alone my own apartment.
