  Our journey to becoming homeowners with Ryan Homes at Skyland is one we’ll never forget. There were definitely some bumps along the way, but now that we’re settled into our new home, we can truly say it was worth it. A huge part of what made our experience special was Betty Gebreyessus. From day one, Betty was warm, welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in seeing us become homeowners. As first-time buyers, there was so much we didn’t know, and she consistently checked on us, answered our questions, kept us informed, and connected us with information about first-time homebuyer programs like EHAP and HPAP. What really stood out was how personal the experience became. Somewhere along the way, Betty stopped feeling like our sales representative and started feeling like a friend—and honestly, family. Her kindness and support throughout this journey are things we’ll always remember. Building and purchasing a new home is a major process, and everything won’t always go perfectly. What mattered to us was having people who helped us navigate those moments and ultimately get to the finish line. We’re grateful to Betty and the Ryan Homes team and excited to call Skyland home. If you’re considering buying here, especially as a first-time homebuyer, ask for Betty! She genuinely cares about the people she works with, and that made all the difference for us.

  The entire team here in Skyland Townhomes is amazing! I personally worked with Addie and she is so awesome, very professional, very informative, very knowledgeable, she was very patient with me even through my circumstances and kept great communication. Everyone that is a part of this team are all very professional and will do their best to help you in every way. Dan was the builder of my home and he is awesome. The homes are built way better than I expected, way better than my first home. The community is dog friendly, still trying to make my way around the community. But I do love the location, the view, and my home!

  Purchasing a new townhome with Ryan Homes in Skyland has been a positive experience. The sales team demonstrated exceptional friendliness and consistently exceeded expectations in their assistance. The project manager was meticulous and attentive throughout the construction process, ensuring everything was on track. Additionally, the loan officer impressed with their deep knowledge and innovative thinking to provide valuable support. Overall, the experience has been very gratifying thus far.
