  When touring the studio apartment on the corner (i think it’s either 715/718/713) i discovered black mold behind the washer. It was cute and cozy but that’s an immediate red flag, it also lacked amenities and the parking lot doors were just open to the public, also all snacks provided were 2 months expired. My partner is extremely allergic to any type of mold and had an allergy attack, so that sucked. Definitely would’ve chosen this apartment if not for the black mold :(

  Apartment Reflections at The Wharf is a really clean, well-kept building, and it shows as soon as you walk in. The staff is very friendly, professional, and welcoming, which adds a lot to the overall positive feel of the place.

  Just moved into Reflections at the Wharf, great apartments in a fanatic location. The moving in process was very professional and impressive. Big thanks to the property team.

  I toured with Kay, and she was absolutely amazing ✨ This new property is incredible—such a hidden gem in DC. I’m seriously considering making this my future home. Definitely book the tour. The amenities are stunning, and the layouts and views… OMG. So much natural light everywhere.
