  Nothing works in this property. Appliances are of very poor quality. AC is extremely noisy and at times stops working. There is regularly no hot water.

  I am very disappointed by the leasing office of this apartment. I had a scheduled apartment tour and when I showed up no one was there. I waited for 30 minutes and called every available number to no avail. They rescheduled me for a later date and THE SAME THING HAPPENED. I was early and waited for 20 minutes, calling and texting, and no one bothered to show up.

  2101 Champlain St in NW, Washington DC is a great place to rent! The building is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The management team is responsive and professional, and the common areas are always spotless. The building feels secure, and the amenities (especially the rooftop and parking) are a huge plus to me. The location is hard to beat, in my opinion — it’s tucked right in Adams Morgan, close to great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, yet still quiet enough to feel like home. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you are in the process of looking for a prime spot to rent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment in the city!

  I didn’t end up moving to reed row (due to reasons completely unrelated to the building/management) but the whole reed row leasing team, especially Lawren, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the tours and application process!

  The Reed Row team has been really great to work with as we prepare for our upcoming move-in. The lease-signing process and all the other bureaucracy that goes with a new rental has been super smooth, and the Reed Row team has all been very accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Building staff seem friendly, and the few neighbors we've met so far all seem very happy with their experience living in the building. So far, so good...we're excited to be moving in!
