- DHDanny HaritanApr 5, 20265.0My wife and I moved to Washington, D.C., in 2024, and we were looking for a clean, safe apartment building close to the metro in a good neighborhood. Park Van Ness met all our criteria. The staff is extremely friendly, and there is house staff cleaning the floors and windows every day. The building is very safe and quiet. The maintenance team is quick to address any issues we encountered in our apartment. As we were preparing to move out, they even installed new hallway carpet and painted the walls. We would have renewed our lease if we hadn't found a home we just purchased. However, we did experience some issues with the leasing office; there were delays in finalizing our lease just two weeks before our move to D.C. Fortunately, those staff members are no longer there. Overall, I would recommend Park Van Ness to anyone looking for a well-kept and safe apartment building.

She has been a great help and is always empathetic, attentive, and genuinely committed to resolving any issue that comes up. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, she has handled everything with patience, professionalism, and care. It really makes a difference to have someone who truly listens and wants to help. I also want to mention the new management team, which has been very attentive and responsive in recent years. I’ve noticed positive improvements and a stronger level of support, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience.
