  I recently moved into Park Kennedy and have had a great experience so far. The touring, application, and move-in process were all smooth and well organized from start to finish. A special shout out to Joshua in the leasing office and Mr. Leslie at the concierge desk for making me feel welcome from day one. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly attitude made what can often be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I'm excited to be part of the community and look forward to making PK my home.

  I just moved to Park Kennedy almost three weeks ago, and I am loving it here. From the concierge team (everyone included), the security officers, and the maintenance staff being so responsive and helpful, to the best leasing agent I've ever encountered, Joshua, I've had an outstanding experience from day one. Everyone has been welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making residents feel at home. Moving can be stressful, but the team at Park Kennedy made the process smooth and enjoyable. I'm grateful to be part of such a wonderful community.

  I moved here about a month ago, and I'm so happy I did. Every part of the process, from touring to moving in, has been great. I toured and leased my unit with DeVanae, and she was amazing. She's so kind and professional. The leasing process was very smooth and quick; she was very thorough in explaining my lease. Joshua is also amazing. I had a small scheduling issue with the moving company, and Joshua worked with me to make sure my move-in process wasn't stressful. He constantly checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok, and there weren't any problems. He's very communicative, which was so helpful. When I moved in, my mailbox key wasn't ready, but Joshua kept me updated on the process and reassured me that it was coming. I wasn't worried about it, but I appreciated that he went out of his way to make sure I knew what was happening. The staff as a whole is great, especially Mr. Leslie, who is the absolute best. I'm so happy with my decision to move here.

  I waited for an apartment tour for half an hour and no one showed up. It was a bad experience and a waste of time on a Tuesday morning. If you made an appointment through Zillow (confirmed it through email and text) don’t bother, it’s all a useless AI bot. No one at the apartment building will not help you.
